Re: Carbonda fm936 Thoughts
I am also considering this fm936 and FM 909.] If you're only consideration is weight I think go with the FM936 - It's solid. You will vary more than 100g just in water weight, it's 100ml of water... April 23, 2021, 11:39:43 AM |

Re: Carbonda fm936 Thoughts
Unless you are a XC marathon or xc pro, nobody is going to notice 100,200 or 300 grams difference when you're out bombing the trails.

Re: Carbonda FM909
I read FM936 the whole thread and FM 936 used by many brands like NS bikes, Vitus, Steven.. etc.It is new. Time will tell. But Carbonda seems good at selling their frames to brands. May 01, 2021, 01:21:14 PM |

Re: Carbonda FM909
Is that a medium or large frame? ThanksMy 1827g Frame is the medium. so their 17xxg claimed is maybe bear non painted frame. just one dropper cable is routed. Internal routing is tough. May 25, 2021, 11:07:56 PM |

Re: LCFS911 full suspension
A bit blasphemous to put the logo on but i pondered it and ultimately decided i don't care! lol the bike is fantastic. front fork is a fox 32 stepcast performance elite. rear shock is a fox re:aktiv from a trek top fuel. both were new take off parts. i think my only gripe with the bike is the cable routing for the rear shock lockout - i ended up using a flexible noodle like you use for cantilever brakes to mitigate the ridiculously tight angle from the access hole to the inlet of the shock. still not entirely happy with that solution but it works perfectly (for now...) the wheels are LC carbon rims with graphene built on dt swiss 350 hubs. LC's one piece bar/stem combo and a sram eagle GX build kit with an XX1 chain. final weight as shown is 23 lbs on the nose. definitely some room for weight saving in there with tire and crank choice but i'm content at that weight.
