Re: Spcycle 2023 New Travel 120mm Super Light 29er full suspension frame daifanshi why do you say a 120mm bike is out of XC race category?  Nino Schurter top MTB XC racer and most of the pro's are riding 115-120 mm bikes in XC.  Its the perfect amount of travel and geometry for todays ultra techy XC courses.

Re: new xc frame FM080 UDH hanger Hi tantan,

There's been a trend for several years now that mountain bikes are bigger, longer and slacker. You keep making these small frames with outdated geometry. And you hardly sell any models available with XL or XXL sizes. When will you catch up?

Re: Best highend headset? Is your actual question which is the least crappy solution (headset-wise) to internal cable routing? Or is it really just about a high-qualitiy 1,5" headset?

(Serious question. I'm not trying to be a smartass.)

100mm XC hardtail i'm looking for a 100mm XC hardtail, that's what i need:

- slack headtube angle (something like 68.5° in M size)
- threaded bb
- UDH
- not a clone/replica

suggestions?

Re: Hongfu FM358 build I expect to be at 100mm which for me is plenty based on where I ride.

Re: Carbonda FM909
Really happy with my 909, but I want another rearaxle. Is it possible to use a Maxxle, because, other brands like Hope or Burgtec are too wide or too narrow.. (?)
Maybe anyone knows about a custom in titanium?
:-)
Cheers

Take a look at the robert axle project they have some printable measurement tools. From that you could get one of theirs or look for another axle that will fit.

Re: Carbonda 936, 1001 or 909 If you want a 130mm fork I would go with the FM1001. I have all three frames, 936 with 120/107, 909 with 120/120, 1001 with 150/135. Both the 936 and 909 with the 120mm linkage already have slightly funky geometry vs their 100mm versions, including a rather high BB, and adding a 130mm fork will on make it worse. The same can be said with my 150 over forking on the 1001. I built a 1001 for someone in the 130/120 setup and they love it. Still a light enough frame for downcountry duties, just pair it with a fast trail tire and it could be a do it all trail bike.
