Re: TanTan - Seraph FM121 XC 120mm Full Suspension 2024 model This frame has flex points at the seat stays, so you won't be able to move it unless you apply a lot of force, and you'll only be able to do so with your own weight.

I was also scared when it arrived and saw that it wouldn't move. Then, if you stop and think about it and see the angle the seat stays give, it's impossible for them to move.

Once you put the frame and wheels on, you'll see how it flexes with your weight without any problem.

The plastic didn't come with it for me either; it came with a thick cable tie holding the two parts together.

I'll give you the advice we talked about: before assembling it, change all the bearings. They probably even arrived painted... the frame is quality, but the bearings are very, very poor.
