Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame Hey folks,

Since the threat about this frame is imho in the wrong subforum:

https://www.velobuild.com/products/2025-velobuild-carbon-fiber-racing-gravel-bike-frame

I want to pull the trigger on the velobuild aero grav frame, but I'm not sure about the size. I've got a Scott rc foil (2024) in size 54 with a 100mm stem and no spacers. It fits very good. I'm 1,79m with 87cm inseam.
The aero grav in S/52 has a similar stack and reach. In size M/54 stack (+23mm) and reach (+17mm) are longer/higher. So I would run the size M with a 80 or 70mm stem and would have a higher stack - therefore more control? What are your thoughts?
Thanks for your input

Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame the 0mm offset seat post has a one bolt clamp, the 20mm offset seat post has a regular clamp design. I ordered both.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
Balugoe has some new components! As usual, I've been happy with a lot of their components. They're up there with the likes of Elita One when it comes to carbon bars, stems, etc.

Carbon stem with full integrated spacers:

$70 for a stem with "lenght" printed on it :/

Re: Twitter G2 budget alloy gravel frameset
Nice build! Definitely looks like an awesome option for a cheap gravel bike. Three questions:
What size did you get and what's your seat height?
Did you by chance measure the bare frame weight before building the bike?
What would be the real max tyre clearance? They say 45c but hopefully you can fit something bigger. Idk if you have some gravel tyres to try but I guess people are interested in the maximum fit possible
I went for a size L (51 cm). My usual seat height is around 76 cm.

As you can see in one of my previous posts, the frame weighs 1610g in size L and the fork 430g.

The tyres I have on measure 37 mm. I still have 10–11 mm clearance at the front and 9–10 mm at the back. So 45 mm is really the maximum I'd put on.

Re: Thinkrider PP5 power meter Good morning, my PP5 PM just arrived. I'm really interested to see the accuracy.

Since having Wahoo Speedplay and a Zwift kickr, I was curious if I could not use all 3 together to see how accurate pp5 is.
Is there any program available, than can connect all 3 and graph the power?

Thanks René

That would be so great! Looking forward to it.

Since you are one of the few people with 3 independent power sources on one bike, you have the perfect setup to benchmark this thing.

You can record all three at once by pairing one to your head-unit, the Kickr to your laptop, and the PP5 to your phone. (This works best via Bluetooth, assuming they aren't all ANT+ only).

If you don't feel like messing with the analysis software yourself, feel free to send me a PM. I’d be happy to take the .fit files and overlay the graphs for you.

(Just be sure to note down when/how/what temperature you calibrated at)

Oh my God, stop coming in here and whining about how bad this power meter is. Are you getting paid for it or what? Let people buy whatever they want — it’s their money. And yet again you show up here complaining about how weak it is. What a guy…

Oh my God, stop coming here and defending shitty products. Are you getting paid for it or what? Let people write whatever they want - it's an open forum. And yet again you show up here defending your poor/cheap choices. What a guy...
