Re: Replacement crank arms for SRAM Force 8 Bolt After extensive research : Wuzei cranks seems to be heavier than declared there’s a comment on Ali from a German guy, 372 grams instead of 330. In EU we can get the new SRAM force dub wide XPLR for around 150€ at 408 grams, it’s SRAM carbon so I will go with this eventually.

Re: XM Carbon Speed - "Gran Tourismo" Frameset Posting these pics mostly just for the decals I had made.  The frame is actually the XMCS  R01 model and came in recently.  Build up will be slow but I will post when it is finally done.

Re: Spcycle New Mold SP-R088 Carbon Road Frame I don't have much to complain about my R088. It's been riding solid since I built mine out in January. It's just a solid all-arounder. Though I have mine setup more as a climbing bike with shallow depth wheels. Not to mention I really prefer the 0° offset seat post!

Build process was straight forward. The only difficultly I had was getting the hose underneath the internal storage compartment. There's apparently a narrow channel. I exited the hose out from the BB shell, then looped back in for better control and was able to get it through up the down tube.

I can earnestly say the reach concerns are unfounded.  I'm actually -3 cm less from saddle tip to stem clamp compared to my previous bike. Granted, I sized down from 130mm to 110mm stem.

I plan to take it out on a fast tarmac group ride tomorrow.  Will report back.

I’ve been reading your posts since August, and today I finally decided to write for the first time. I went ahead and bought the bike frame from Tan Tan because I was really curious to see how good such an affordable frame could be and whether it was actually worth it or not. Now i can share my feedback with you guys.
As of today, I’ve already done about 1,200 km with the bike, and I can say that I’m very happy with it. My previous bike was a Specialized SL7 Pro, and honestly, I like the TT-X68 much more — it feels faster and lighter than my old SL7.
The only thing that has me a little concerned is cornering. I’ve seen some users complain about how it handles in curves, and I’ve noticed the same. I’m not a great descender, but it’s true that I find it a bit unstable — as if the steering were softer?? I don’t know if it’s because I was used to the stiffness of the Roval Rapide handlebar on the SL7 or if it’s due to the fork, but that’s the only thing that doesn’t fully convince me! ( i have the newer version of the fork, the heavy one).
Maybe it’s not just the handlebar but the whole change of bike setup, since now I’m also riding with a wider rim at lower pressure (4,6 bar front ), and maybe everything adds up. Anyway, I’m thinking about changing the handlebar for a stiffer one without spending too much money. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

Wheels:  Ryet 50 F/R  (1430gr not the lightest ones)  with TPU RideNow tubes 24gr each 
Groupset : Sram Force   ( SRAM Force AXS powermeter + cassete force 10-33)
Handlebar: Tantan
Seat : Ryet 3d carbon  from Aliexpress
Pedals:  Bucklos carbon- titanium (220gr) from Aliexpress

Only the seat post slipped a bit, which I need to monitor during the next rides. Also, the headset play needed to be adjusted twice.

I had the same problem with the seatpost on mine. Even tightening the bolt to 6 Nm, the seatpost would still slip. In the end I fixed it by cutting a small shim out of a Coca-Cola can and putting it between the seatpost and the frame. And of course, carbon assembly paste — I’m guessing you’re already using that, right?
