26er & 27.5 (650b) / Re: What are Enduro, Super-Enduro & DH options?
« on: August 18, 2022, 02:36:45 AM »
From the point of view of our factory, enduro is enduro, DH is DH, when we manufacture them, we follow different material strength requirements and ratios according to different uses.
In terms of material strength, DH frames are much stronger than enduro frames and trail MTB, so the cost also more higher, a trail MTB carbon frame in our fatory cost is under USD$ 600, cost of enduro under USD$700, but a DH frame is near to USD$1000. check out the photos as below,

about rear shock, we design the frame according Monarch RL Rear Shock 165x38mm, because it's easy to get in the market.
The rear shock size is 165x38mm(standard mount only).piggy back design and coil design also be ok.

The biggest advantage of the M510 is its ultra-lightness and maximum instantaneous power output, which is sufficient if the driving conditions are not very aggressive.
In addition, M510 can be used with BT F25 battery 820wh, preferably both voltages are 48V, but according to Bafang engineer, 52V 17.5ah battery can also be used with M510 48V. ,But so far, our customers have not done this combination, they all use the same voltage 48V motor and battery.

Can you post your parts list? Many customers asked me which parts they can use. I want to look for a few cases.

this frame can use the coil shock,  if you find the right size,
the recommend Rear Shocks (185*55mm trunnion mount) and Bushing Kits(30*10mm) is only recommend,
Make sure that the diameter of the bottom and middle ends of the coil shock absorber is less than the inner width of the seat tube.

E-Bike Frames & Builds / Re: Light Carbon LCES004 E Bike Build
« on: April 29, 2022, 01:46:51 AM »
Bafang M510 motor as same as M500, It's an advanced version of M500 motor,
so our LCES004 can fit for M510. also ,now our lightcarbon can introduce you the seller of Bafang motor and battery, no MOQ request,
Previously, we cooperated directly with Bafang, but their MOQ requirements were too high. We can only let customers buy motors and batteries by themselves.
But now, we have found a good supplier who helps us provide motors and batteries for individual buyers. I am also discussing with him to provide batteries with greater capacity.

It should be noted that the motor and battery are transported directly by him. We do not have a special transportation mode for transporting the battery.
