Obviously all normal caveats about uniqueness of body proportions etc apply however I can tell you at 191 I've ridden 56x mm stack bikes with long ass stems in the pursuit of aero and can wholeheartedly tell you its too low. IMHO, just find a nice used 60cm supersix evo for pennies locally and work from there. Chinese geos can be pretty wacky at this end of the bell curve.
