Xcadey has roughly the same problems. We haven't disassembled or compared the power meters ourselves, but the problems are similar.Garmin Rally has the same problems while mine xcadeys don't. So leoseek is similar to Garmin, lol.

I do have wosawe, ykyw, darevie winter jerseys (and northwave), they became almost useless after I got PRO SL3, I do use darevie for very short rides to nearby shop or a post office, others just occupy some place in my wardrobe. The price of all those jerseys together is equal to Endura's full price, but they are useless, so it's enormous Endura's quality/price advantage. Like 100 quality/180€ to 5quality/180€. People here discuss which particular carbon wheelsets and bike frames to buy from Ali express. People send it down mountainsides riding atop stuff they buy from Ali express and come here to discuss whether it's worth risking their life on this brand or this other brand. And you're saying a gilet is too technical to buy from Ali express?
For sure, some clothes from places like Ali express are crap and will lead to the buyer having a bad time. But some are just fine and represent significant savings over many western brands with the same performance (almost all of which is made by some third party factory in china, anyway). The whole point of this website AND THIS PARTICULAR THREAD is trying to share which ones worked and didn't work for us.
For the record, all my winter kit came from Ali express, except for my gloves. And it's all been fine (except for the gloves). Proper western branded winter kit is stupidly expensive. I would actually say, prohibitively expensive. It would be literally too expensive ride in winter with the prices these days, for me. The price to buy 2 pair of winter bibs, jerseys, jackets, gloves, shoe covers, and caps all from reputable US retailers would probably cost more than a Wahoo Kickr Core smart trainer that I could use indoors for the duration of the winter (and every winter after).

That said, I just pulled my cable out, plugged it in to USB port and measure 9V with the pin positive.Thank you will give a try. I did charged the batteries to 100% ofc, but it doesn't help. There is no positive contact from the battery to the cable and there is some kind of controller in the battery which I cannot identify.
That is, of course, unloaded and without any potential negotiations which makes it a little surprising to me. I thought 'dumb' USB power was supposed to be 5V until negotiated otherwise. The green light at the USB A end was illuminated and perhaps that circuitry is doing the negotiation with the brick and just delivering dumb 9V down the wire.
PS: I think you already suggested you've done this, but just in case: You can, of course, charge the battery cells externally instead of through the RD cable. But that won't necessarily help a startup sequence (which I didn't recall being there)
I don't have a voltage tool to check output. Can you try activating by unplugging and plugging the battery cable? In the meantime you can charge batteries in a universal battery charger.Already did this 10000 times. How was your activation process? Did you used charging cable as it's described on Ltwoo official YT channel?
