Here's my custom painted Tideace GR201 (big thread about these here) with 48mm Thundero HDs on 32i/40e wheels and 57mm Portland Design Works mudguards. This picture shows it with 2x 43/30 + 10-36 but I've also had it running 12-speed XPLR in (unofficial) 2x mode with same chainset and 10-44 cassette. Works great with sequential mode synchro shifting. Frame is UDH, has mudguard mounts and a downtube storage compartment.

I just put the same 700x55 fenders on my LT GV201 running 48c Thunderos. It's tedious, but worth it. For the seat stay bridge I used the Specialized fender bridge part #S182200001 that clamps around the seattube.
Lovely looking bike. Love that mauve colour with the golden bolts.

I hunted high and low for a suitable bridge solution, but didn’t come across that one. I’m currently using a strip of rubber off a Garmin handlebar mount taped to the top of the mudguard blade to prevent it from knocking against the seat stays, which works well, but I think your mount is a more elegant solution.

The compression rings are usually matched to the bearing's internal chamfer angle. As I understand it, these bikes are supplied with 45 degree outer and 45 degree inner chamfers, which matches the Deda DCR system, therefore a Deda DCR compression ring should work with the supplied bearings. On the otherhand, the FSA ACR system uses 45/35 bearings so the top bearing would need to be swapped for a 52 x 40 x 7 - 45/35 to use an ACR c-ring. The other thing to note is that these c-rings often have notches to engage with the matching bearing cover.

Would a man of your skills be interested in designing a 3d printable mudguard bridge, similar to the one for the Vitus Venon I posted a page back? It only needs to fit round the back of the seat stays and be held in place by the M5 bolts on the frame there. At its centre there should be a hole to accept an M5 bolt from below to fix the mudguard, or alternatively a horizontal hole that can be used to attach a mudguard bracket with a horizontal bolt. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to persuade you in this endevour!  :)

Although this frame has mounting points galore, for full fenders, there isn't anything to anchor the top of the rear mudguard between the seatstays. For stability, there is usually a way to fasten the guard to either a permanent or removable bridge between the stays. In an ideal world, the manufacturer would supply us with a bridge that can span the seatstays and be attached to the M5 bolts that are there. Does anyone know of anything that can be used in this case?

I suppose you could rig something up with one or two cable ties, but it would be nice to have a more refined solution that was available off the shelf or could be 3d printed.

I have 3T gravel wheels without drain holes and they do collect a little water that you can hear sloshing around when you shake the wheel. Getting it out is a pain if you run tubeless because you need to remove and replace the rim tape, but the amount of water that comes out is less than you think. Only some rims are susceptible to this, and I think these are because they use nipple washers that create a gap at the rim interface. I've considered drilling holes in these but just haven't got round to it. I have no fear about damaging the structural integrity of the rim with such small holes, but doing a super neat job would probably require a jig to hold the drill steady. Otherwise, if you have a steady hand, just go for it, starting with a small pilot hole and graduating to the size you need. Also, drill slowly to avoid melting the carbon and use a bit suitable for the job.

I've just completed the build of my Tideace Noah. I opted for a custom paint job and it took 26 days from ordering to delivery in the UK, which is pretty rapid. I'm still waiting on Lexon integrated gravel bars from AliX, so I've used a standard stem and bars for now, which look fine with the cables routed through the supplied headset cover. Complete weight with cages, computer/radar mounts, PM pedals and sealant is 8.6kg. The 54 frame with hanger and mounting bolts was 1350g and the fork was 430g.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the frame, parts, paint and finishing. Everything went together smoothly and the build was trouble free.

I've gone for a 2x build to use parts I already had and because range and spacing is still superior to 13-speed XPLR. I was worried about FD and frame clearance, so I bought a Wide AXS crank and FD, which provides 5mm clearance from FD battery with 50 mm WAM tyres. but it looks like I would have gotten away with a standard crank and FD with about 2.5 mm of clearance from the tyre. Frame clearance with standard 46/33 chainset was fine too, so the wide crank is only beneficial for tyres measuring 48 mm or more.

I may splash out on new E1 levers as I'm used to them on other bikes, but for now, I'm running with old Force D1 shifters and calipers, Rival D1 derailleurs, and a Force D2 43/30 wide chainset.

Wheels are the super-wide Elitewheels Aero+ Gravel (40e/32i/45d) shod with 48mm Tufu Thundero HD tyres.

Stem (90mm) and bars (36mm) are Prime carbon.

Saddle is cheap Elita one.

BB is ZTTO T47i.

Rotors are Zrace 160 CL.

Cassette is Goldix Ultralight 10-36 XDR.

Cages are AliX titanium.

Pedals are Garmin Vector 3.

Seat post and headset are stock.

I've only had a brief scoot around my street, so can't give ride impressions yet, but the bike doesn't feel as long as I thought it might and the 54 with 90 mm stem fits me well (178 cm tall 85 cm inseam).

Its a giant safety issue on the road. Good grief, they almost banned hookless in the peloton over this. New rules require strict ETTRO compliance regarding tire size/internal width. So I don't know if was the poster or the rim, but that needs attention.
You're confusing tyres blowing off over the rim and tyres falling off the bead lock into the rim well. The latter is no more dangerous than how a normal clincher tyre behaves on a non-tubeless rim when fully deflated. The former is the problem for hookless wheels, and is of course, very dangerous.

In any case, I've mounted GP5k and P Zero Race RS to my XMCS wheels, and they have stayed securely locked when the tyre is flat, even when rolled along the ground in this state. I'd go as far as saying they're the best behaving wheels I have for tubeless considering ease of mounting, inflation with just a track pump, and staying locked when deflated.

Regarding ETRTO recommendations, I have no qualms running 28s or 30s on these wheels because they are hooked, and the risk of blow off is infinitesimally small compared to hookless rims and tyres of any size. I'll note that Josh Poertner runs 32 mm tyres on his 29 mm internal width 3T Discus 45|40 wheels.
