Hi, I recently finished my R065 build with a GRX groupset but I have a bit of a problem with noise that seems to be coming from the bottom bracket area. Essentially, there's a clicking sound when I push down on the right pedal and put down some power and I'm at my wits' end trying to fix it. I've tried reassembling the BB and crankset multiple times, increasing/decreasing preload, different pedals, two different bottom brackets (tried both a token ninja and switched to a ZTTO), and two different cranksets (cues 24mm and grx 820). I've also tried reaching out to Spcycle multiple times but so far customer support has let me down and I haven't received a response. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be or how to fix it?

I've attached a video of this clicking noise when holding the brake and pushing on the pedal but it's pretty much the same while riding.

I've blamed my BB for noise as well, reassembled the thing countless times, it turned out that noise was from saddle - greased the rails, dripped some oil when rails meet the base, and sound stopped - give it a try.

Pupilorutero,  Apone - Thanks for suggestions, sanding the contact surfaces did the trick.

Im now done with the build, went super smooth and easy (minus the saddle clamp issue) and i like how the bike feels and looks

I have ztto 9-50 that was on my gravel bike, ztto 10-44 thats on my road bike and 11-36 goldix that on my tri bike.

They all work, shift ok, but the noise is way more noticeable than on brand cassettes: it was bothering me so much on gravel that i went and replaced it with the sram rival, and I'm really tempted to do the same on road.

it seems the machining is just not as good as shimano or sram ones - if You are not bothered by sound, go for it, otherwise I'd rather look on 2nd hand market for cassettes removed from new bikes that the owner wants to spec differently - can get really great deals

I just received my frame, size XL

Color metallic #3 in matte finish. Paint has some small flaws, and one light orange peel spot, but overall i'm happy with it, color is beautiful.

There is visible carbon layering on sides of the head tube (triangle like shape) thats visibly sticks out from under the paint, i'd rather it was sanded flat :/

other topic is the crown race, and fork-frame spacing, - i set the crown fully with a tool but the gap is huge, looks like the bottom bearing could be seated bit deeper.

i'll follow up with more reflections once i complete the build

im using Eagle GX AXS derailleur on my 1x12 gravel - works perfect, and gives You more cassete options (10-52 for example)

Just be mindful of Chinese cassettes - i have three; ztto 9-50 and 10-44, and goldix 11-36, whilst they do work, they are noticeably louder, i am unable to eliminate unpleasant noise completely, when they are used i;m going back to the sram originals.

Rival brifters are great, if You want to cut the price even more You can look for Apex ASX - those are fine too, and there will be lot of them on used market from ppl replacing them for no reason on their new checkpoint SL5 bikes

WOW, i have two G068 frames that i me and GF ride often, happy with them, i pushed the frame way over my comfort zone on some sketchy single tracks and survived w/o issues... now i'm gonna be scared

I went through this last year for my GF gravel bike - she has very narrow shoulders, 340 would fit best, but i was unable to find anything.

But i wanted something flared - went with the Bontrager comp that also comes in 360 and has 10^o flare.

This lack of availability is kinda weird, one would expect that on local china market the smaller sizes would be preferable
