Anyone else have one of these ?

I have both the Blade and the ER:One.

The Blade is definitely the more forgiving bike and, surprisingly, rides very smoothly for an aero frame. I actually did a week-long bikepacking trip on it recently, ie 150 km a day for 7 consecutive days, and found it comfortable enough throughout. The geometry is also noticeably less aggressive.

That said, I do feel the overall quality is a tier below the ER:One. I had to return the front fork because the thru-axle threads stripped. The original fork had aluminim threads that were just too soft. To Quick Pro’s credit though, they handled the warranty excellently and got me a replacement fork in under 15 days.

The overall build quality just feels less refined than the ER:One. The facing on some of the mounts wasn’t great, and I’ve been chasing a persistent creak from the front end that I still haven’t fully solved though I’m now suspecting the handlebars rather than the frame itself. One positive surprise: rear tire clearance is much more generous than stated. Officially it’s rated for 30c max, but I managed to fit a tire measuring 35 mm with around 3 mm clearance on each side.

As for the ER:One, it’s simply a level above in terms of finish and execution. No issues during the build, everything aligned properly, and it just feels more premium overall. The ride is stiffer, but still perfectly acceptable, and the bike accelerates very well. Nice handling. Everything to expect from a "high end" model.

Having paid for both frames out of my own pocket and looking back now as a 45-year-old non-racer, I honestly probably shouldn’t have bought the ER:One. The Blade would have been enough for my needs.

Hey guys, just wanted to drop a quick review after building up the Quick Blade frame. Bought it myself, no sponsorship or anything.

Looks:
Man, this thing looks awesome. The black and silver paint job is seriously gorgeous — super clean and classy. Paint quality is honestly way better than I expected at this price.

Build:
Accessories are kinda meh, nothing special. Fit and finish also just okay. Build went pretty smooth overall, but the brake mounts weren’t perfectly flat — needed a bit of tweaking. Would say build quality is around 6/10.

Ride:
Now this is where it surprised me. The ride feels really good — smooth, stiff, and handles sharp. Feels solid and fast, but still comfy enough for long rides. I’ve ridden an S-Works SL7 before, and honestly the Quick Blade holds up way better than I thought it would. Not the same level of refinement, but the ride feel and speed are right up there.

Overall:
Gorgeous frame, average build quality, but rides really nice. For the money, it’s a legit performer. I’d totally recommend it if you’re okay doing a bit of extra work during the build.

Has ICAN confirmed if the FL1 is EPS molded or not?

just a curious question. is EPS molding that superior to the previous methods? or is it just a refinement. can i expect an EPS frame to be lighter, stronger, stronger or???

At least one paint scheme that doesn’t scream LOUD AND PROUD would have been nice.
Other than that it’s a pretty cool frame. The weight is pretty impressive for a frame with „only“ T700/800 and aero tube shapes like that, I think.

Also the price and the geometry are both in the sweet spot. I’m really looking forward to seeing reviews. I think this could be very popular.

think they got the weight down with using a bit of the "M" carbon sheets like in the SLC3. but it is pretty impressive still for it being mainly T800 assume 900g is real weight (chinese frames almost always lie a bit on the weight).

personally, i am disappointed that the stack is not a bit more (for size M) but nothing a extra spacer or two cant solve.

Curious qn: Does Winspace make their own proprietary designs/frames or this is from some other factory custom painted and rebranded?

I have been researching the site as bit. I am wondering if seasoned chinertowners can advise me what will be generally reliable brands to get my next frame from?? Looking from a perspective of quality first and customer service second.

i am also curious to know if any of the mentioned factories oems for any specific western brands.
