I Here's another custom Vaporlite II wheelset currently being built for a customer.

This one is using our 50/50mm Vaporlite II rims together with the new DT Swiss 350 carbon-spoke hubs, 20H front / 24H rear.

25mm internal
30mm external at the tyre bead
34mm maximum external width
Hooked / tubeless ready
Heavy-duty version rim 410g (Race 380g / Extreme Ultralight 350g)
UD paintless matte
3.1mm carbon spokes
DT Swiss 350 carbon-spoke hubs
20H front / 24H rear
Steel bearings
Centre Lock / XDR

Estimated weight: 1,291.4g ±30g

I actually ordered the nuts and bolts from Alugear and have not had any noise from my P515 so far. Hoping that stays that way.

I paid 24/07/2026, though it hasn't shipped yet.

I paid $959 for the frame, this was with two storage bags, and two UDH hangers plus the custom paint, so I'm not sure what the price was just for the paint and logos.

I also bought 2 bottle cages and a set of wheels, this all shipped to the UK was $1705 so around £1250 for me.

Very cool frame!  Love the paint job.  It is definitely darker towards the bottom.  As you said. Very unique!

Just an update on my Zen wheelset.  Had bike serviced and they checked on the SR270 (which are H Works) hubs and they said they looked incredible. Zero dust and needed nothing but to be closed back up.

Wheels have been incredible so far! Closing in on 3000 miles on them.

I have two sets of ZEN wheels and one is rim brake set. Mine is the heavier version for 130kg system max weight limit so you can get lighter depending on your weight. Mine came in at 1550g They were not built to be light but I love them. My disk rim set if much light at 1280g. Pic is below

105 mechanical was $485 usd all in
Di2 Ultegra was $1030 all in with no chainrings. Price on the 8170 system does seem to be up about $150 or so.

All of this was to Southern USA. 

I am running the P515 with Alugear Chainrings with the Alugear nuts to attach and I do not have any problems with noise. 

I have bought from Anranceee and DG Riding buying complete 105 Mechanical and Ultegra 8150 Di2 groupset.   Zero issue with either.
