Is anyone had a "warrantly claim" to Taiwan Eisen ? Are they still respond to e-mail ? Do have I to send the broken frame to them ?

Received a SL8 replica from Taiwan Eisen.
800 kms with this bike. Best bike I had so far.
Easy everywhere. Nothing more to say. I will try a full season on it this year.
