May I know how to remove it? I tried using a circlip pick but couldn't find the catch.

Mine also loses setup when the charn started to drop on smaller cogs. I wrote to the support and they agreed to replace my RD. Im waiting for a new one.

Hi all, I have a problem that I can't resolve with my wheeltop eds rd. I hope someone can help me. I manage to setup the rd properly without load. However, whenever i'm on gear 4 on the road, the chain will drop to smaller gear 3 on bumpy roads (but the system is still on gear 4). On smooth roads, it works just fine. There isn't much play on the mounting bolt....is there something wrong with the motor?
