Hi, I wanted to comment that I'm not sure it's the rim brakes causing your problem. I think I have the same brand TPU tubes as you (at least also orange AliEx ones) but on a disc brake bike. Both front and rear have had this exact thing happen to them the past two weeks, after no issues for 3-4 months prior. Indeed, in the summer weeks I've been riding at 38C weather. Tires are catching sun at the cafe stop, which is when the first lost all pressure. Second one lost pressure at home after a ride. So both in the exact same manner as you: hot tires (due to weather), no problem when riding (and applying pressure to the tubes) but when you get off and the pressure eases, the gap is created.

TLDR: I think its just a very shitty brand and I'm gonna check if I can contact the seller and/or AliEx to report the issue. Too bad I got 6 tubes from them which I'm hesitant to use at all now...

(nb I know TPU + rim brake is not the most heat resistant, but as long as you don't go full braking down Ventoux it should be manageable in my experience)

Thanks, I also ordered the orange one (12T for Rotor).

It's maybe a tool or (my) skill issue? The adapter i use with a wrench will slip. Maybe it's the adapter, I will try again with the orange one again once it's delivered. The surface area between BB & tool is just very very tiny, like a mm, so when wrenching I try to press hard onto the wrench to the frame, but nevertheless will slip, and almost scratch my frame at the BB area.
I used the adapter from "ALLT" which is all over Aliexpress or Amazon (where I bought it with a quick delivery window).

In your video (huge thanks for that btw), it seemed you tried tightening it while the bike frame was still in the stand if I remember correctly. I'd think it should be a lot easier to tighten if the bike is on the ground on its wheels. In the past I've also used rubber bands inbetween the interface of the BB and tool to aid grip and power transfer. However, these are indeed so small that it seemds difficult. Welcome and thanks for sharing! Could you perhaps elaborate about what's included in the 900EU price? Compared to the 650USD (558EU direct conversion) quoted for the whole set earlier on this thread. Custom paint and shipping make up the 300+EU difference?
And did they indicate when they would ship your frame, and what size did you get?

If you favour comfort and some gravel, I would find the tyre clearance a vital factor. I'd say minimally 32mm but more is better. In terms of frame quality difference between them I'm not aware of any major differences between brands. That choice might depend on your preferences regarding painting. Elves does really nice paintschemes (imo), while other companies may be more difficult to convince/explain your custom plans to.
Regarding price to quality ratio, I think Tantan/Seraph and Longteng are top tier. And again, extra in-frame storage would be very useful imo if you primarily do long endurance rides.
