I've been using R200 for about a month. In comparison with Thinkrider x2max I had before it is very noisy. The fan inside produce very annoying sound at 1.4 kHz however it depends on the speed of this fan I guess: high speed - no noise, low speed - it whistles like draft from a slightly open window. The bottom edge of the body is loose and resonates when the trainer is on a hard floor, on a training mat - no problem.
R200 and T3 are the noisiest among the Cycplus trainers, watch the attached video. Wish I knew this beforeā¦
The big plus is that the R200 measures power much more accurately than the x2max, essentially the same as my Sigeyi AXO power meter.
