It absolutely make sense Serge what you wrote if the product is already tested and with good reputation (to buy from Peter instead from AliX in this case).

Thanks for your insight.

there are random copies on aliexpress, but ordering these instead of Peter's version makes absolutely no sense in my mind. I have the GR01 from Peter, it's awesome.
Also, Peter lowered his price on it, afaik, so it's Voldemort competitive price wise.

And yes, it looks super cool :p

That's correct & thanks.

I forgot to mention-apart from this one. This one I know.

Hi Everyone,

Do you know about framesets similar to Pinarello Grevil??

PS. Good looking in my opinion ;)

Yes, UDH is just a type of hanger. any standard non direct (aka anything that is NOT a UDH sram T type RD) will work fine. Therefore we can conclude Ltwoo r9 works fine with a UDH hanger

Awesome. Thank you.

Thank you Everyone for all valuable insights. This forum is magic.

Could we then just sum up that UDH hanger will work 100% fine with LTWOO R9 Disc 2x11 ?

Thank you for your comment 1st of all-full of interesting insights about this topic.

You mention that you made bank transfer. By going down this path did you confirm with seller that tax & customs will be covered by himself and that he will declare real value on the package ?

I'm trying to use the most optimal method here=avoid paying high transfer fees and be sure that once package will arrive at home I won't be issued to pay extra taxes & customs.

THe only other way besides PayPal is an International Bank Transfer, but that does come with risks and wether it is a reputable seller say LightCarbon or TanTan.
I just made a payment via bank transfer myself. As for tax being included, that’s often misleading. Some sellers use freight shipping methods to try to circumvent customs duties or declare a lower value on the package. However, if customs opens the package and doesn’t believe the declared value (e.g., if you paid $500 but they declare it as $100), they will likely request proof of purchase before releasing it."

Tax Inclusion – Some sellers claim "tax included," but unless they use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method, the buyer is usually responsible for taxes.

Customs Declarations – It is common for sellers to declare lower values, but customs authorities can request proof of purchase and may impose fines if they suspect fraud.

Hi guys,

What is the cheapest and safest way which did you use for paying for frame from China?

To avoid 5% Paypal fee & method which also includes tax and customs.

From the other side Alibaba will collect the tax if person doesn't have tax-free status in Alibaba (I don't have).

Anyone who possess LTWOO R9 Disc 2x11 group is using UDH hanger with it and can confirm compatibility ?

I'm 194 with a 92cm inseam and I'm riding the SP cycle G068 (canyon grail clone) in the XL size. 435 reach, 634 stack. Riding in a road setup right now, 38cmx100mm road bars, 35mm gp5000 AS on elite wheel ent gravel wheels. Most of the road bikes seem to have way too low of stack for me so this made the most sense. Get a road setup + the option to throw on gravel/mtb tires

I'm quite curious why such a narrow HB (38cm) taking your 194 cm into account? For most of the road bikes and riders 185 cm+ the standard is 44 cm.

I'm personally thinking between 42 and 44 cm HB and 100 and 110 stem...and don't really know what kind of reasoning will be appropiate here  :-\

Any suggestions guys- who & why should use 40, 42 and 44 cm HBs and what are pros and cons ?

Hi, 1,95m and 96cm inseam here. Not many Chineroptions with Stack > 600...
If Stack 610 and Reach approx. 390 is what you are looking for, check out the Yishun R068-D (XL), Hongfu FM238 (XL) or Carbonda CFR-505 SL (XL).
All discussed in this forum with plenty of content for reading, as well as the R-066.

Hi,

Any idea how to reach guys from Yishun ? Sent them already 2 emails. No response.

I'm roughly your height and inseam and I can tell you that usually TT and VB L size is quite good if you play with the stem length. Just beware that different hb can have different reaches.

Have you got any of those personally-VB 066 in L or TT FM202 in L ?

If so could you share your height and inseam ? What stem length will you recommend for them in size L ?(top tube for both-560 mm)

Hello Everyone,

I'm in the proces of creation very first endurance road bike and facing a dilemma in terms of whichway will be the best way in terms of suitable size for long, comfortable rides for 188 cm height and 90 cm inseam.

In terms of Velobuild R-066 top tube in maximum available size(L) is 560 mm which seems to be a little bit short for my height however from the other side by comparing this geoemtry to Canyon Endurance CF7 2025 in L (suggested by Canyon based on my dimensions) they seems to be very similar in terms of TT however other dimensions comes to play here as well :

https://geometrygeeks.bike/compare/carbonda-cfr-1056-2020-xl,velobuild-vb-r-066-2023-l,canyon-endurace-cf-7-2025-l/

Are then here users of R-066 or Carbonda 1056 with the same or similar height as mine (188 cm-height, 90 cm-inseam?

If so then what size of those frames and integrated/separated handlebars(size of HB & stem) did you chose & if in the long term this choise was good (comfortable, upright position)?

Another idea is to find gravel frame with stack ca. 610 mm and reach ca.390 mm, change handlebar from gravel to the road one, add carbon wheels from Elite and built road bike based on gravel frame. Does it make sense ? Any pros and cons of such a approach?

In terms of integrated handlebar I'm used to partly disassembling bike for packing in my traveling case.

Could you advice how it will work with full integration & what solution will you suggest here-full integration or separated handle bar & stem? From the outlook perspective I will prefer full integration if it is still possible to pack bike into the case without too much hassle however I'm open on different points of view.

Other endurance frames which I should take into account?

Thanks for any suggestions!
