ok you're more or less like me, I have slightly longer legs, I'm 186cm tall and I pedal at 830mm from the bottom bracket to the saddle (supporting the sit bones)
this frame is ok because it has a long head tube.
I see that you still have a lot of thickness underneath though.
Haven't you thought about opting for a handlebar riser? there is an interesting discussion where a model is indicated which in my opinion would be aesthetically fantastic, I think I will do so.

Thickness do you mean spacers? yeah I do, if I didn't then the total stack would be the same or less than what I was running on my SPCycle R088.

I have definitely considered a riser bar but couldn't find one that ticked the right boxes.

In other news, my saddle rail snapped today on its 2nd ride. I have the same saddle on my gravel bike with no issues. (Ryet 3D RT06S 145mm https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006893754548.html) - raised a dispute and got a refund.

Very nice! May I ask how tall you are? And what saddle height do you ride at? Thanks.

Cheers yeah I’m 188cm my saddle height is around 800mm

Finally got mine built up, and got my brother's to build up next.

58cm frame, raw carbon matte finish
36cm LC bars
XMCS 50mm (26mm internal) wheels
35c conti GP5000S tubeless
SRAM Force E1 2x12
Ultegra rotors (because I just don't get on with sram rotors)
Ryet saddle
Elite carbon cages

I've got a zero offset seatpost on the way, and some silver LightCarbon decals that I might put on.
Frame is really nice for sure, definitely the most premium feeling and looking chinese frame i've owned.

Not sure if I like the bars yet and kinda wish I used my leftover Balugoe bars. Especially the computer mount is a bit shit, wobbly and angles the computer away from me so there's a glare - any alternatives? (EDIT just read the post 3 posts up!)

Also, I've spent the summer riding my Tideace gravel bike mostly on-road with 13s Force, and I'm kinda regretting not getting 1x13 for this bike.

Anybody waiting for their shipment of LCR018-D?

I ordered on Jun 23, Wendy told me it'll take about 30-45 business days. I emailed Wendy hoping for the frame to be ready and shipped by mid-August but alas, she said the production would probably be done by September 15-20, that's 22 days delay!!!.

I am very disappointed in that regard, along with the lack of updates whenever production timeline changes.

For context: I ordered a size 50 raw glossy carbon no logo, with 38x120mm. No fancy stuff like custom painting, which inevitably would take "more" time, hence me not opting for any paint.

I dont know what goes in their factory or if they're having carbon supply issues but I am very dissatisfied with Lightcarbon. I was hoping to build up this frame throughout the summer...

I ordered 2x 58cm matte raw carbon frames for me and my brother back in last half of May, they got shipped on Friday just gone (7th July) - with the caveat that they didn't have one of the handlebar sizes i requested at the beginning. Disappointing but glad they're finally shipping - can't wait to get it.

Aerodurance: Olives are already installed in shifters with shimano, behind hose shiffter nut :) so be careful so you dont install two olives, I have seen it done :).

Yeah they need a big orange warning sticker for this!

I'm still waiting on my frame but have ordered XMCS 50mm 26mm wheelset and GP 5000 35c tyres - I just assumed the frame would take it, now I'm wondering if that was a bit optimistic.

Hello all. Just sneaked into that topic and have a question to your experience with choosing the right size.
I am 180 with an inseam of 83cm. Anyone with the same date who can tell me which size does fit best? M  or L?
Maybe you can show me your builds too.

FWIW I’m 188cm usually ride xl frames, riding the gv201 in L. Stack is a bit low for me, but reach is spot on.

Crushed my first seatpost in the dumb clamp design, luckily I have lots of elita ones spare.

Just received my wife’s xs pink frame just under 2 weeks since it was posted. Paint looks great hard to do it justice in a photo. Paint finishing round the edges isn’t amazing (mostly around bolts, but I come to expect this now) but it’s still good.

Didn’t realise xs didn’t have a 2nd bottle cage mount but makes sense there’s not much space.

Wow thanks for the sage advice Serge  ::)

Edit: Oh you deleted your post!

Our frames are just raw matte carbon, no decals, both size XL.

The frame will take about 2–4 weeks to produce before shipment.

That was on 18th May and I paid on 20th.

Tempted to cancel but not sure what alternatives there are that would come any quicker (I really wanted to ride it in the summer!)

Update on lead times for those interested. I paid on June 17th and was told 25-35 days for size 52 frame in raw carbon glossy + 400x100 bars + C53DB wheels.

Update yesterday (35 days post order) was that frame is 10 days away, fork 15 days and handlebar 30 days. Based on other's experiences in this thread I was expecting closer to 60 days in total so not exactly a surprise, but bizarre that their estimates are so consistently wrong.

I ordered 2 frames in May and still waiting. Update this morning:

The delay is due to mass production for the Vietnam Bike Show occupying factory lines, plus temporary carbon material shortage. I’ve been pushing the factory daily to rush your order. Your frames will be ready to ship in around 15 more days.

Last time I asked it was due to the European bike show and would ship from 20th July.

Longest I’ve waited for a frame  :-[

It doesn't have the flip chip and I think the tyre clearance might be very slightly less. I ordered mine when it was released so I've got the original fork. It rides how I expected and there's plenty of clearance for a 53mm WAM tyre

Thanks, I placed my order with Jack. Standard off white colour size Large. Will try running a 100mm stem which will match the effective reach of my gv201 just with a load more stack which is what I’m after.
