No not fully over, I’m in Sweden, I could ride until October but it’s so cold so not very pleasant to ride fast, much prefer mtb riding then! Need to transfer parts from old frame as well.
But will try a spin or two for sure, curious how much faster it will be than my old Tarmac 2008 I had last summer (40km/h required around 320w on a flat).

Yeah my guess is they were not aligned side to side. Yup they were much more helpful than other Chinese brands seem to be, they sent me the new lighter frame too (but without the new fork).

What did they say? Did you check the threads yourself and is it actually not screwed up by your LBS?

they should have catched the alignment issue before tightening to torque tbh.. it's so crooked on yours you'd see it when putting on the tool.

Chris said he is waiting for input from ingeneers.

Going to check with other bike shop this weekend/next week to see for myself (don’t have tool at home).

No one else had problems getting the BB properly seated?

I can’t mount my crankset as it is now The BB doesn’t seem to be properly aligned. The FSA bearings are drawn to 50 nM as they should but it comes to a halt one side and then the crankshaft won’t go through.

Any one idea on what to do? Just try to pound on the crankshaft til it goes through?

I have aero dropbars from a Lapierre Aircode Xelius that have attachable TT bars that I’m willing to trade for ultra narrow bars (like the Toot Ashaa RR or the ones from Balugoe, Bikedoc etc).

Needs to be under 36cm at least and within the EU.

Mine are brand new and have only been mounted, never used.

Whats the tire clearance with front derailleur because it looks really tight between back wheel?

Yeah I'm starting to wonder if I messed up on the cockpit. It's very hard to hold aero hoods because the bar contacts my forearms really far forward - I have a lot of forearm behind the bar so a lot of leverage and my triceps are burning after a few minutes.  I then resort to the drops and speed falls off a cliff. Toot Ashaa and Speeco ABB2-UCI both look great with the rear forearm rest pad, but not for that money and they may be too narrow for me - I have wide shoulders and I am already over the steerer so a shorter stem works better.  I just need to maximise the bar > hoods distance. I've found one on AliExpress (RXL) with 104mm reach, flat/aero bar tops and every combination of 400-440 / 90-120mm stem.   I plan to send the frame geometry to a local fitter and see if I can work out exactly what the bar would feel like before deciding if I'm going down the cable re-routing rabbithole.

Have you tried narrow handle bars? I have straight arms on 440 mm and feared 325mm bars would be too narrow but experienced no discomfort whatsoever on < 3h rides.
Not sure if narrower would work as well though.
Tbh it’s the first upgrade I’d do on a bike after wheels, wide bars is just wasted watts. I’m even annoyed by my current bars being 440 mm even though I have TT bars on them.
