Can you run 140mm Brake Rotors Front and Rear on this bike? The Website says only 160 or 180

Just stumbled across this new Planetx model:

It ticks a lot of boxes for me:
- 50mm tire clearance
- T47 BB
- UDH
- classic round tubes
The price for the Apex AXS Model is quite competitive, still I would prefer to build this up myself.
Does anyone know where to get this frame direct from the manufacturer? I'm quite sure that it's an open mould frame.
