Could you recommend some Casette and Cranks?

Cassette I have Goldix 11-34 and SROAD 11-32, second one shifts a little smoother but both perfectly fine

Cranks I use Thinkrider carbon with their PM, also perfectly fine

I wish they made a fully with similar modern geo

How do you get duty free shipping? Or do you mean you pay duties when it arrives? I'll need that upgrade kit too at some point.

what is the perfect balance between weight/cost/function in the 11 speed di2 groupset (105/Ultegra/DA)?

It seems that the Ultegra shifter are identical to DA (button/reach) and you can save 20g with titanium aftermarket brackets.
The from mech seems to be DA/ultegra identical
The rear mech are internally identical DA/Ultegra (motor/gear) but the 50g difference?

Probably full 105 with Ultegra FD and aftermarket crankset/cassette

I read that you were running tires at 4 bar and you weigh 90 kg – that’s a very low pressure. When you hit sharp-edged potholes, it’s very easy for the rim to bottom out and crack. I weigh 75 kg and inflate to 5.5 bar.

+1 on that, 4 bars is much too low, I run around 4.5 bars and I weigh 65 kgs and it's already kinda soft

Moving along.    I managed to find feint and rear brake adapters that work.   The front is a +20 standard piston mount for the 160mm rotors.  I did have to trim down the front mounting bokts because they bottomed out on my fork.       The rear is FM to PM +20 adapter.   

This means I do not have to change the rear caliper nor pull another brake hose through the frame.   

Bottom bracket and crank install will be next.   

Hopefully will get Maiden voyage this weekend.

I'm still struggling with my syncros fraser project:

Did you place anything below the acros top cap? I've used the original headset that came from carbonda. So I pced the bearings and then inserted the expander. Finally there was this slim metal ring where I wasn't sure if it's some kind of spacer, so I placed it on top of the expander. Now I'm not sure if the top cap ist high enough (above the frame) so it can move freely once the headset applies its pressure?

I would be glad if you could help me once again.

I have one washer on top of the expander and below the Acros cap, however afaik there are different expanders provided by Carbonda and I have the „better“ one (if your frame is newer than 2 years you also should have the better one)

and also it should be per product group and not per single item
