I haven't built one, but I was really impressed with CWind's communications on Aliexpress, they seem quite professional and were very helpful. Their frames get a lot of love on Reddit and the Facebook Chinese Carbon groups.

I really like their GT30 frame - its one of the rare carbon frames these days that still has holes for semi-internal routing, everyone else wants you routing cables via the headset!

Got my ER9 set-up and running great on my build from the Aliexpress "Official" store. The only disappointing part is that the air bleed screw on my right shifter is stripped already from the factory, which makes a good brake bleed pretty challenging.

Is anyone running a LCR018 non-integrated with something like an FSA 69 SRS? It seems like almost everyone opts for the HBR17, but I'm thinking about just running my own stems and handlebar while I decide on my cockpit geometry.

I don't think I've ever seen a carbon bike with a split frame, it's a major vulnerability in the frame that would need to be designed around with carbon.

I noticed this gravel frameset has appeared from BXT on their Aliexpress page recently:

Odd design- fairly upright, LightCarbon or Seka Spear rear triangle, and a very narrow curved seat tube. Oddly there's no downtube storage, which seems like a strange omission for 2026.

Is this based on another design? I didn't see any bikes matching it in Tan Tan's catalog.

Has anyone cross-shopped the Long Teng RD301-D (aka Mondice FM106/Tideace R301D) and compared them for a do-everything-bike use case? I'm interested in the LCR018-D, but I think by the time I get an order in and the frame shipped out, half the summer will be gone!

Hello friends,

I'm looking to upgrade my frameset from my 2018 Defy Advanced - Ideally I'd like an endurance frameset with fairly similar geometry, but I'd like to gain a lot more tire clearance (currently using 28mm in the front and 32mm in the back) as I ride a lot of rail trails in my part of Canada. I stumbled across the Mondice FM106, which doesn't seem to have been spoken about much here, but seems to cover a lot of what I'm looking for. I was curious if anyone may have purchased one and has any insights.

It looks like it would be a bit more aggressive. I'm open to other suggestions if anyone has other ideas! The LightCarbon LCR018-D also seems interesting, but I'd wager they are absolutely swamped with orders at the moment.

Picked up this knock-off Clik Valve kit and it seems quite decent. I primarily wanted another pump adapter, and the included one works quite well. I haven't tried the valves yet, but they look identical to my original Schwalbe branded Clik Valves... I'll keep them as my back ups in my saddle bag.
