I wouldnt even look at standover height. Looking at stack and reach, you will be lower and more stretched out on the 17D, which is logical for a road bike, but you have to have that in mind (there are road bike alternatives with more relaxed geometries). And i wouldn't put less than a 80mm stem on a road bike, so reach will be 24mm more.
The seat angle is surprisingly steep on the Gavere, idk what to make of it, other than all else equal, you will sit further back on the 17D, which increases the stretched out element even more (you would be able to correct that by moving the saddle fwd on the 17D).
consider short crank arms (160?) because you're short, and if you're stretched out, short crank arms should be more comfortable and easier to live with.
