Hello, I recently received my Tidace Noah frame. I am trying to install the new sram XPLR 13 speed (same process and all sram transmission groupers I believe). When I tighten the big bolt on the derailleur to attach it to the frame it's still loose and wobbles when fully tight (I can't turn it any further). Is there a spacer that's required for this frame or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be great.
