The issue with this and the Specialized post is that they are significantly heavier than the 15 due to the clamp.
Hylix made a 365mm of theirs, which is much lighter, but I can't find one currently.
Mine sticks in there too, but I can get it out from the inside (wheel hub side) as the hole for the thru axle in the frame is slightly larger than the washer internal diameter.
A small flat screw driver or nail punch resting on the tiny exposed lip of the washer and then a gentle hit with a hammer pushes it out.
