Never never use carbon paste on a front fork!  Doing this can lead to damage of steerer tube (something like "ring of death") because carbon paste Is somewhat grinding!
Use some grease for crown race and some PTFE tape in the place where "C" ring insist.

It's much more like the Ceccotti DCRF32 rather than TFSA JH-15 even if Ceccotti has a higher stack (13 mm).
Compared both XS size on Bike Insights.
Also the appearance is quite similar (see attached pic)
