I have 88/800 + R2 + sapim cx-ray spokes and I can only confirm the great build quality.
R2 hub is dope but might sound loud to certain person. I personally love that but if you don't it might not be a good choice

Saddle height is 73cm from bottom bracket to the 'Biomechanical Reference Line' on the Ergon saddle (roughly 10cm back from the nose of the saddle).

I'm using m5x150mm screws and I'm hesitating to reduce because i extended already by more than 4cm.

Or you meant 2x20mm additional spacers maybe ?

Just got my frame in size L. Has anyone had to chase the bottom bracket threads on their frame? I cant get a SRAM DUB T47 to thread in more than a mm or so by hand. The threads look a bit rough, but could probably convince it to go in with a bit of torque, just dont want to risk damaging the threads.

I have finalized the design of the BTA bottle & computer holder
I'm pretty proud of me, i believe it doesn't require any further developments now.
I tested mechanical assembly and it seems to work like a charm. I share here the drawings & a video illustrating how simple it is to assemble (i didnt want any screw to be used for assembly except the screws for the bottle cage it self (which passes through the whole parts)

Opposite side...  Val-de-Marne   I'm very close to the "Polygone de Vincennes", if you know this place. That's where I plan to get used to riding this bike, after bike fitting on my trainer.

Hopefully someday we can meet, ride together & have pictures of our bikes together.

I use to ride at longchamp, i Heard about the polygone but never been there.

I read your thread with great interest, and asked Chris to add some spacers, just in case... i'm 181cm/89 inseam and chose a M-sized frame, so it might be useful...

You Will need some extra spacers, no doubt about it.

Final print for the handlebar spacer. I love the look and feel, it completely matches w/ the stem aspect

I'm currently printing the bottle cage & bike computer holder prototype to see if mechanically it's a smooth integration on stem or if i need to do design changes.
