By my standards it is not but I always buy aftermarket stiffness
The bar is so thin (aero if you put it that way) that even in 38cm lowest they could offer, it bends too much. I do not have the means to do a scientific test but I can provide a video?

@Benbenben you should use tracking from http://120.24.110.114:8380/WebTrack see if results are different, it should be

@Joey sure am happy you didn't get my issue, and I really think 120$ is okay, you'll need to add around 30$ to get good handlebars and maybe 3d print some adapter. I'm a professional painter, don't hesitate to ask for recommandations on what to do so you don't rocket your budget

@Pupilorutero Handling was weird. At first I tried to tell me that the issue was cosmetic, if not aero, but then i went on making slalom on a parking and really, placebo or not the machine did not turn the same at all!!! I am maybe exagerating but I felt really weird, I tested it this morning and it's gone for good (could be placebo again)

@OlHag Cyclismo you want measures or pics? can do both

Heya!

I'll do picture time tomorrow

No issues with udh, replaced it with some I had, same old issue.
With some basic trigonometry I determined that i needed to displace hole 0.9mm further up.

Gravity will keep the wheel in place, although i have to fill the ovalized space for rigidity.

Everything is back in place straight et than ever. UDH hole was too low. Tolerance was over the moon. Hambini would've cried.

Thanks for ideas and suggestions.

Waiting for Seraph reply, holidays incoming.

Didn't you just switch the endcaps of your rear wheel?

Thanks for the reply and for the suggestion!

I've been through 3 wheels (proven ones) and switched from driveside to disk side. All wheels have a good center (checked with "parapluie" tool (in french))
The wheel (and only i can see it, no camera even my 300mm zoom can capture it)
Is tilted. It's doing an "x" with the front one.

Thanks again, but no dice sadly  ;D

Hi,

I come to you again regarding my experience ordering from Seraph Official Store.

It has not been a pleasant exchange so far and I wanted to untangle the net with the seller but as customer protection and return window is closing, I'm choosing to speak, and see.
I ordered, on the 18 august, the frame in black, 49cm.
As soon as i made the order, asked for "can i change to size 52 and 110 380mm handlebar?" and seller said yes.
Seller also asked to extend shipping time, for production reasons, wich I already did because I know how this works.

on 09/01, he sent me tracking link.

In the meantime, I asked for thru axle size, wich he never really gave me, only products link and "i'll give you later" (why I asked it to Joey)

I received the frame the same day as Joey.

Mounted the bike on the same day. took me around 2 hours to build it properly (no bar tape yet, few adjustments.) took it for a ride and everything felt great (what a beast).

BUT

The handlebars 110-380 (correct size) are so flimsy it's incredible. I push hella watts and this is NOT a viable option, safe too. the GPS mount is so feeble I can see the GPS bending in excess of 1.5cm down when i take speed bumps. That' a real no-no. The D-shaped steer tube is flexy too, so that makes the handlebar bend extremely in the front. I AM SCARED SHITLESS when going fast.

It has something to do with the fact that my position changed and went from ltwoo with great hand retention to Wheeltop, wich has less hand retention.

All of this can be mitigated with the fitting of a new HB wich was always assumed right of the bat.

BUT front tube is NOT the same as factor original (it's thicker) so... this issue is for later tbh

Major issue is:

FRAME'S GOOFY AF

I mean, I'm no stranger to defects on frame and always thought QC was a thing BUT IT IS NOT. Just look at the pictures and laugh at me. I won't even explain how much wheels, driveside change, measurments went up to always get the same conclusion.

Pictures will talk for themselves. Seller thought 30$ refund was safe. I work as a bike mechanic in Decathlon, that's an instant refund.

I'll let you discuss.

Thank you for your reading.

Also I don't recommend buying it, BUT it's perfectly well made inside as well as Joey's, paint is great, everything outside the wheel fit snug, UHD is perfect, T47A assymetric is NEEDED.

for those who don't get it back wheel is sideways

Hiya and thank you for all the pics it's a delight!

Can you send us a pic of the thru axles and measurments markings?
It's so hard to find 1.0 pitch thru axles i don't want to mess it up!
What do you mean about bearings? The ones they give are the wrong size or do they fit the frame?
Can i have the measurments of the two set screws at the back?

Thank you a lot for your pictures, can't wait to have mine, the clearance on your tyres is so nice and tight!

What BB are you guys getting for this frameset?

I didnt get confirmation from Tantan/Seraph, but presumably it is also a T47A with a shell of around 79mm. I'm personally looking at the Kactus T47A on aliexpress, but interested in other options  :)

I went for t47a ceramic from onirii, and a riro crankset i had laying around. I'll report the qfactor once mounted. Shipping says it's in europe

Hi, new to the forum but lurker from a long time,

I recently bought the frame, was used to Seraph on aliexpress, went through spcycle, thrust, classic BXT (but through meinier) - and i forgot, a immense favorite, HYGGE (who sent a replacement fork after two years of warranty)

i'll document everything once received, will install eds tx later on.

What should I excpect to look at on the frame for defects? I never had issues, always good finish but it's a first with so much specific tubes.

Also I want to make a very much light build, to compensate for the weight of the frame, and i have a question that rep is so slow to answer (is he painting my frame himself? who knows)

what is the standard for axles, I can zoom in and find pitch for threads but no info on the other side if i want to order TI ones.

also maybe dumb question but is the seatpost the same as Factor originals? if i want to buy a "duh-rimo" to win 100g will it fit? i reckon i'll be one of the first ones to receive it but if anyone knows I'll be glad to order one quick.

thank you all for the infos you so gladly put on this website, that i am glad to now be part of
