I think your UDH hanger screw isn't properly tightened. When I received my frame, mine was barely hand-tightened.

Saddle height is 73cm from bottom bracket to the 'Biomechanical Reference Line' on the Ergon saddle (roughly 10cm back from the nose of the saddle).
