I can't recommend anything in particular from China but the difference between the two standards is usually just end caps. You can also use spacers like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005922008385.htmlOn my Fulcrum rear wheel, I had to completely change the axle (but for the front, the adapter you linked worked fine). The problem is the length, not the diameter.
The Mixed 5D saddle is my absolute favourite, by now I switched all but one bike to this.150km with it last week, and it's the least uncomfortable of all the saddles I tried. I can ride 3 hours without any big pain, which is nice. But my butt is still not fit for those kind of rides.
Even long indoor sessions do not cause any discomfort. The seat padding got softer over time so I changed the saddle after 9.000km indoors to a fresh one.
But at that price it is a non issue.

Try contacting Magene directly to try and buy the shorter cranks. I don't think any other cranks fit the spider. It's 55$ + 20$ of shipping, + customs. Not sure it's worth it.
Recently bought these as they were recommended in here, though I haven't got round to installing them yet. Build quality seems very good though 👍Ordered. I hope I'll have them before Christmas (last order has now been travelling for 3 weeks).

Road, or gravel, or mountain bike.Ordered too !
These were the last shoes I purchased. Amazingly when I sized them up versus my last shoe purchase from a 46 to a 47. The toe box was actually wide enough for my feet. (A wide enough toes box is the problem I have with the majority of shoes I purchased from Aliexpress.)

Wow! The price has almost doubled in less than 2 years. There is no Trump-tariff-inflation here in the states.Be careful, maybe you benefited from coupons, or any discount that you don't benefit right now.
Elita One is still the way to go. Just make sure you mount the seatpost correctly (shown in the manual), because there's a post here that had OP's seatpost cracking because of a mistake.I saw that, but I don't have a standard clamp. Instead of this :
