Agreed, I should have added my wheels have an external width of 34mm. Definately plenty of room for 40C tires, with my wheelset.

Just finished mine. Able to handle 40C tires, no problem.

Just rec'd pics of my frame, should ship anyday.

I put a 12 spd 105 groupset on my LCR017 from aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006151876993.html
That is exactly the one I was looking at. Operates well?

Might be a controversial post, but anyone have experience getting a groupset off Aliexpress, ie Shimano 105 or Ultegra? This is a second bike, not sure what components I am going to go with.

Just ordered mine, it will be interesting to see how long it takes. 54CM, custom paint, comes with storage, extra hanger, BB, 2-bottle cages. $1073 US to Vancouver Canada.

LightCarbon quoted me 235$ for the 3 colour paint job. The design of paint job that I asked for is the same as what they used before on some of the expos.

So the total is  $1125.47 that inlcude frame with down tube pocket including handlebar  $659, T47 BB $15, paint job $235, delivery to UK $168 and paypal fee $48.47.

My frame size (58) will be available in November, plus 2 - 4 weeks for paint job so delivery is probably late december or early January.

Cost is now just 100 £ less than latest elves falath exp frame with handlebar. Hm, is this frame worth the wait ?

[edited] forgot to mention that maybe tax man will hit me with 20% VAT bill which will make this frame actually more expensive than elves falath exp that is delivered from UK
I think big difference is the tire size, 38C vs 32C. I think the Falath is stuck at 32. The fact that you could use this frame for both road rides and some descent gravel makes it worth it.
