There are no visible cracks or other damage to the frame. I heard that a carbon frame can have compression damage that you can't see, so I asked. Thanks for the answer.

Haha, very funny guys.

Seriously though, I've checked the frame with a flashlight and the coin tap test and found nothing obvious. Any other DIY checks you'd recommend before I build it up, or specific high-stress areas on the 268 I should re-examine? Just want to be sure before I ride it.

Hi guys, I just received my VB-268 today, but the packaging was badly damaged. I couldn't spot any cracks with my flashlight or hear any delamination when I tapped it with a coin. Do you think it's safe to ride?
