I haven't had a chance to Cerakote it yet - hopefully tomorrow.  I'll post a picture/weight as soon as I do but it may slip another week as I can only do this during daylight hours on the w/e.

Painter friend of mine told me you have to put the frame in a oven after applying Cerakote, have you ever done that before?

Hi guys have you used the eRX/eR9 in really poor winter conditions i.e. very wet/snow and cold well under 0°C ?
Few parts of my 105 mechanical on my commuter needs replacing and I was wondering if it wasn't the right time to switch to ltwoo and have a try to electronic groupset. Bit I'm kind of scared it wouldn't stand the very harsh conditions I'm facing at wintertime (I live up in mountains)

XMCS 50/60 wheelset.

Sweet combo with the matt S5! What's the weight of the wheelset pls?

I don't think you save anyweight with a XPLR derailleur and a 46T cassette, compared to a 2x setup. I don't see much conditions outside of gravel riding where it could be of any advantage

This looks like a beautiful frame indeed. A little heavy for the few aeroish tweaks it has tho. Any idea of the price point?

This looks like a great road frame and ticks a lot of boxes. Do you find it worth trying to ask them if they could sell me one or there's no chance?

I find your comments quite surprising guys; as I've understood from the original thread, Peter developed that frame specifically to answer the ask for an "aero looking" frame but with relaxed/endurance geometry.
We can't ask for greater ST angle then, it would contradict the purpose of a "gran tourismo" frame IMO.

Anyway, thanks for the pictures. I find the frame to be sublime.
I'm definitely attracted, and i may get one for myself. Still kind of scared about the super long chainstay tho. Price being pretty steep, I don't want to take the risk of a having a boring bike to ride. Waiting for more reviews, or maybe a first idea of XMCS 2026 race bike. And also for Peter to clarify what's up with the paint job, it is confusing. No logo and customization at the end might be one of the greater feature of chinese bikes imo...
