I paid in the first week of November and it's still not shipped....

Sounds familiar 
I ordered a 56 in raw matt in the first week of November. It was supposed to be in stock, but after payment, it wasn't (maybe a mistake). Production should have take 45 days as of then, which means the frame would be ready before Christmas!
Beginning of December I asked about a the production date and potential shipping and got the following feedback:
"After the completion of the last production batch, the number of qualified units was insufficient, so we are waiting for the completion of a new batch of frame blanks."
This added another 35 days on top 

I'm not convinced with the customer service as they are not proactive at all. You need to ask and chase them in every update - even if you already send arround 1000$ that's not very professional.
