You might get lucky and have a good one, from what I've read on Aliexpress, reddit and here it truly seems that Ryet quality control is subpar/all over the place and their stuff is usually somewhat overprice (in my opinion).
Up until this I really enjoyed the bars though and they did seem to have a pretty decent quality to them but here we are.

Keep an eye on them :)

I would like to revive the following topic with an update.
I also bought the Ryet Thinline bars and installed them on my build (SC-R55D), I used a torque wrench and torqued to the specified Nm never had a crash and recently the bars developed a similar crack.

The bars had maybe 500km on them.

I was in the same boat as you, I was prepared to pay up to 70€ for the GP5000 but they were all 80€ + and I got fed up and searched for alternatives.
Supposedly Chaoyang supplies Continental as well (not sure how true this is though).
But I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the H496.

Coming from a GP5000 I've actually ran 28c H496 for a couple of kilometers and I'm running the 30c version now and I can say that aren't as good as a GP5000 but they are not far behind honestly.
I've also ran the 28c Grandprix and for me the H496 were a lot better, I ran all of them with TPU tubes by the way.
I was able to get the H496 for around 40/50€ per pair on Aliexpress and compared to the 80/90€ that the GP5000 costs I think they are worth the price.

*Regarding the puncture protection, I've maybe 300/400km on them, riding on rough pavement and still haven't had a puncture, they seem very well made and protected honestly.

I was in the same boat as you, exactly same height and same in seam, I went with the 510 because I wanted to have a slammed cockpit
Looking back if I were to buy again I think I would go for the 480 with a riser handlebar.

If you want you can look at my photos to have an idea of how tall the seat post would be for you on a 510.

Have you looked into the SC-R55D, it isn't that well known that there's a T47 version now.
It supposedly comes from the same factory has the Tavelo Arow, I've got the pressfit version and can tell that the frame is really nice.

Finally built the bike up, did battled with the internal cable routing ( but that's on me for wanting to use a mechanical groupset and setting up the brakes reversed the first time).
Haven't been able to do a real ride on it, just around the block but it seems way more comfortable that I was expecting, I'm coming from a Look 586 with Cosmic all carbon wheels.

For the curious ones the bike setup is as follows:

Frame: SC-R55D - BB86.5 - Size 510 (was weighing 900g bare frame :( )
Wheels: Tagoola - Aeroraptor 60/50 (1230g)
Handlebar: Lexon thin line 400/110 (320g)
Seat: Ryet G01 (100g)
Groupset: Shimano 105 - 12 Speed Mechanical
Crankset: Goldix 53-39T chainrings with CRUZBIKE (Titanium axle)
Cassette/Pedals/Chain/BB: Dura-ace (cassette 11-30T)
Disk rotors Shimano (not sure the model)
GPS Bracket: Zrace titanium
Bottles: AhyKa Aerodynamic

Bike as it stands in the photos is 7KG

The objective was to take it to below the 7kg with all, maybe when I move to a 1x I will be able to do it.

But wouldn't mind starting to look into an upgrade for a lighter one, are you by any chance located in Europe?
Btw I would also look into the adapt DP-B02 their SL model seems nice as well, but you would need to do the same thing with Adapt since they only sell B2B.

i dont think it makes sense to try and get the frame replaced, it seems unreasonable.

Yeah, I 100% agree with you on that honestly I just wanted Speeder to maybe say something better than just "it's normal".
I will send them a message saying exactly that and will try to build the bike before the weekend!
Hopefully I will post a couple of photos soon  :D

Was able to take a couple more photos today.
There's a small patch (1771420271211.png) that I thought it was resin but was able to touch and it seems to be something else has it's moves around, maybe some carbon fibers or a rest of the bladder.

But all in all to me it seems to be all alright.

Unfortunately my endoscope doesn't seem to have very good quality (I might try again tomorrow with more light and see if it helps with the quality).
But as you can see there's a big line of what seems to be resin and there's 3 or 4 spots where you can see there's some imperfections.
I know it's all based on terrible photos, but what would be your opinion?

But it's probably the pictures that make it look worse than it is.
I would take a video and send it to the seller.
Stating the obvious, but you can't have large loose shards of carbon in a frame, as these have zero structural integrity. Maybe what you're showing is bag residue or something, but I would reach out to the seller. How's the rest of the frame?

Yeah the photos do make it look a little bit worse than it is, but since it's right where the seat post goes in I'm a little bit more worried with the lack of structure, that and also this not being a cheap frame I was a little bit disappointed....

I did send the photos and this was the reply...
"This is quite common for hand-made carbon fiber frame, it doesn’t affect the assembly and structural strength.
You can go ahead and build it up to ride."

I'm going to try and get endoscope in today or tomorrow and I will share if I get any decent photos from it.
But it seems that the rest is good without imperfections.
