Back after a three month hiatus...
My LBS had some issues with the front calliper and asked Chris for a new fork. It took some time but finally I got my bike ready to go.
I rode cautiously from the LBS and put it on my hometrainer to fine tune the position and check if everything is OK.
On this picture, I have a total of 35mm spacers (which I guess is the default with the provided screw), I felt OK but maybe a bit too low to get started with a TT position so I added a few spacers for a total of 80mm. FWIW, i could spend 1h15 in the aero position watching Milano/San Remo on the turbo, so I guess it means I'm comfortable with this fit.
Waiting for a not too windy day to try it outdoor. Can't wait.

I have a total amount of 2x200m spacers made of 5mm, 10mm, 20mm spacers. I can use as much as I want as long as I find the right screw. (I will order a few threaded rods and cut them to the right length.
by the way, I thought it was M4 screws, are you sure I need M5 screws ?

If you don't mind, boulette, I will post my (ongoing) build in your thread... and make it the "French VB TT-023" thread 
I received my frameset last friday (about one month after ordering it). I allready had all the components ready. It will be a 1x wireless Rival AXS 12s build (no blip box)
Crankset Magene PES 515 (powermeter) 165mm
with Pass Quest SHIMANO X110BCD (4-bolt AERO) Narrow Wide 50t chainring
and Nova Ride BB T47 85.5 for Shimano BB
rear derailleur: SRAM Rival eTap AXS 12s
1 pair of SRAM wireless blips with Leap Components Adapters
1 pair of SRAM wireless blips (for the basebar)
SRAM XG-1250 cassette
Rival 12s flattop chain (waxed)
Brakes: SRAM S900
Pedals: Shimano Dura-Ace PD-R9100 (second-hand)
Wheels: Yoleo 88m
Tires: Continental Grand Prix 5000 All Season 28mm
Tubes: Vittoria Competition Latex
Saddle ISM PN 1.1 (second hand)
I'll have the fork cut and the brakes installed by a LBS, but I'll have to wait until the end of the week for the mechanic to be available.
Can't wait, so I build a few components to see how it goes...
I asked Chris to add a few handlebar spacers. He gave me 2x20 cm...

I'm very close to the "Polygone de Vincennes", if you know this place. That's where I plan to get used to riding this bike, after bike fitting on my trainer.Hopefully someday we can meet, ride together & have pictures of our bikes together.
Initially, I picked the same raw/no painting frameset as you, and then I came across this color, which happens to be very close to my triathlon club's colors...

I'm also living near Paris, and ordered a frameset that should arrive early november...
I read your thread with great interest, and asked Chris to add some spacers, just in case... i'm 181cm/89 inseam and chose a M-sized frame, so it might be useful...
