I'm toying with a 1x conversion on one if my road bikes and am looking for cassette recommendations. I am using an LTWOO 1x groupset. Front chainring is currently a Goldix 44t, although I may need to replace it with either a 3mm or 6mm offset chainring in order to fix the chain line. I'd like to use an 11-50 cassette. Any recommendations? Wheelset has an HG freehub.

I recently picked up a 2023 Lynskey R500 frame because titanium>everything else. I didn't "need" another Ti bike, nor did I have enough parts around to build it up. I wanted to use new parts for the build, but I also don't have unlimited budget, so Chinese components seemed to make sense. Also, I wanted to try electronic shifting as all my other bikes are mechanical. Here's the build plan:

My question is regarding wheels as I'm open to suggestions. Anything less than 1600g is fine. I'm a clydesdale so durabilty matters. Budget is hopefully $700 or less. Any suggestions for what to get or completely avoid?

Enjoy it! I just finished building mine with an L-TWOO RX12 groupset. The internally routed rear brake line was a bit of a hassle, but overall, everything went together smoothly.

I ordered one during the black friday sales. With a PayPal discount it cost me a grand total of £253. Amazing value regardless of its quality. I ordered it in blue.

Last week I got a WhatsApp from the seller saying the factory are making some changes to the design and would i ne happy to wait a little while longer. I was like sure, who knows what bike it is coming but ill let you guys know.

I'm going to build it up using parts left over from other projects

Groupset will be a 10 speed unholy mix of tiagra brifters and calipers. 11 speed dura ace FD and 11 speed ultegra rear derailleur (the cable pulls between the tiagra 4700 and later 11 speed match)

Kalloy uno stem, deda zero 100 bar

Elite one seatpost and clamp, 3d printed carbon saddle (all ali)

Got some 50mm elite wheels  where I will try squeeze a 32mm tyre in (trace velo video suggests its possible)

Last but not least will be a riro redhawk carbon crankset.

I’m not sure how far along you are in your build, but mine didn’t have clearance for 32 tires. Plenty of clearance on the fork and chain stays, but too tight on the seat stay. I wound up getting 28 tires, which is fine for the type of riding I’ll do with this bike.

Just make some basic calculations yourself, it's really not that hard.

Maybe I should have been more clear with my question: are the coupons able to be used on anything or is it more like coins where you can build up a balance but you’re limited as to how many you can actually use?

If ever there was a frame to hang a load of purple anodized parts off, that is it 

Red anodized is more my taste, but it does seem as though purple is a little more common on AE.

I actually just flip flopped and got a Seaboard GR02 instead. I’ve been longing for a bike with non integrated cables again.

I’m considering the CR05 frame. Simplicity of design is appealing.
