Here it is built up, the LBS was super fast. No problems with the BB, paint, brake mounts etc. Clearance with 48mm Thunderos on 25IW rims (wam just under 50mm) is really great. I will ride it on tarmac this afternoon and tweak the fit a bit. Really loving how this looks, the back end and top tube is quite slender and I really like how that pairs with the bigger rubber. The Tideace Noah I had previously looked much more porky.

Hi, congratulations on the bike, also built with top-notch components. As for the crankset, did you use a standard SRAM or a longer Wide axle? Total weight and size of the bike?

NBD!  Haven't ridden it yet (unless you count up and down the street)...I still need to add brake fluid.

Build process was straight forward. The only difficultly I had was getting the hose underneath the internal storage compartment. There's apparently a narrow channel. I exited the hose out from the BB shell, then looped back in for better control and was able to get it through up the down tube.

I can earnestly say the reach concerns are unfounded.  I'm actually -3 cm less from saddle tip to stem clamp compared to my previous bike. Granted, I sized down from 130mm to 110mm stem.

I plan to take it out on a fast tarmac group ride tomorrow.  Will report back.

 I'm also waiting for two FM316 frames and was a little skeptical, but now that I've seen your build, it's fantastic.
 I wanted to ask you a few questions:
what brand and type of bottom bracket did you use?
As a crankset, did you use a standard DUB spindle with a single chainring with how many teeth? Do you think it's possible to build a 48 or 50 mm single chainring with a wide axle?
What size is the bike and how tall are you?
What size is the saddle height?
