Cyclocross Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: XMCS: 2026 Aero Gravel bike

I must be the only one still hoping to use a 2x drivetrain. Any updates on when the redesigned frame will be available?

"Current frame takes 1x 46T only, we are updating the molds fitting for 1x48T, or 50T (some spacers needed), if you don't take 46T, please wait for updated version.  Updated XL size can be ordered now, updated sizes S/M/L won't be available until October."

Cant wait

question for those of you, who already received the frame. After inspecting pictures on their official website, i noticed potential paint job issues. Did you receive like this, or was it OK in the end?

good news! their official website says...
"Current frame takes 1x 46T only, we are trying to update it fitting with 1x48T or 50T if possible, if you don't take 46T, please wait for updated version".

I really want to finally have my racing bike for the next season. What i also like is so many options for handle bars, which makes bike fitting so much easier.

I am afraid you are right on this one. However, i was thinking perhaps going size up?
im a 180cm looking at XL size.
the geometry does look similar to enve mog, except the top tube slope. What do you think?

Cyclocross Frames, Wheels & Components / Winspace G5

Winspace introduced G5 model to the public during the eurobike 2026.
It does look like a really good frame but a bit pricey.
Supports up to 53mm at the back. Does anyone have a clue what would be the clearance on each side? 5-6mm?
No information on the chainring size either. Both sample options (sram/shinano) have been listed with 42t. Have anyone heard what would that be?

Not sure what your question is

how big the chain ring is in your picture and how did you manage to put it on? what is  the chainline?

9
Some footage and images on our Instagram.

2.4 fits front and rear with 4-5mm clearance (61mm WAM).

How is that chain ring doing?

10
following the XMCS flop with 46t chainring, im suddenly interested in this option. but some of the quality from this brand in other posts...

11
The new crux can fit a 52t, willier rave 50t, ridley astr 52t, tavelo grow 50t, evolve cima gr 50t

A maybe-48t with a bad chainline is surprising and disappointing given how perfect everything else about this bike seems to be so far. And I say that as someone who arranged a preorder for it with Peter already.

Very much agree. I was going to order it once the chain ring situation was clarified.

More accurate reply:

"You can use GRX 2x  48T max on this frameset, and you can use XPLR 1x 46T on this frame too, but I don't think you would be able to run 57C max tire when you use 1x 46T."

Im trying to visualise the construction of a chainstay. How would it be possible to not be able use 46t with 57C tires.

I had an email from Peter. to be fair, he used wording of "I think its 42t...". So i hope he does not actually know and just guessed it.

14
Do we finally know the front chain ring size?

EDIT: I was told it can handle 42 chain ring. Im getting desperate to find something reasonable here in the EU, but either the frames are astronomically expensive or Chinese brands are still catching up. I might get Lauf seigla here to the EU perhaps. Its has plenty of clearance and allows for big chain ring.

What a shame XMCS could not fit bigger chain ring...

do you recon a race king 2.2 would fit into that frame or 2.25 burts?
