Same boat here. They initially refused to honor the 3-year warranty.

Keep insisting and don't take "no" for an answer. That's what I did, and they eventually partially honored it (they've supposedly shipped the replacement parts, but I haven't received them yet).

Bought a full bike from QuickBikes in Ultegra Di2 + R50c wheels. Let's see how it turns out. It should arrive in about 3-4 weeks to EU.

Size M, 140 mm stem, 38 cm handlebar.

My spreadsheet puts it at ~7.5 kg with Ultegra Di2.

I might make a few changes to bring it down to ~7.2 kg. Still a bit undecided about the powermeter since I did not want to throw a chunk of money into the build

For the RD I'm thinking of trying some asymmetric pulley wheels to get them closer to the cassette and see if I can get ZTTO (or maybe Goldix) cassette to work - maybe the people having issues running SRAM could try that as well.

Current wheel set is Nextie 45mm with 29mm internal width and 40mm max width. Continental GP TR 32mm measures 35mm and tyre and the rim clears with about 2-3mm clearance at the chain stay so probably around the widest one can fit without big risk of either rim or tyre hitting the frame at the chain stays.

1. What handlebar/cockpit are you running right now?
2. Where do you think your biggest weight savings will come from (cassette/chainch/saddle, etc.)?
