I've tried to quickly search, but couldnt find it - does anyone happen to have the groupset weights between er7 / er9 / erx?

I understand that the er7 is all metal, but in terms of weight how big is the actual penalty?
Look in the description on AliExpress. Some sellers have photos of the scales in their descriptions.

Cables were definitely correctly plugged and if they weren't, reconnecting would have waken the drivetrain up. If you disconnect any of the cables and then connect them back the drivetrain immidiately wakes up. So I'm pretty sure the problem is somewhere else. If it happens again, i will try different batteries and maybe a different battery holder but my current battery worked prefectly for more than a year and it would be quite a coincidence if it suddenly died after i swapped the drivetrain.

V3 has some nice features but I'm now beginning to regret the change after it almost ruined a ride on what was a single warm day in weeks.
I will also ride with a front light that doubles as a powerbank in case i need to wake the drivetrain up again
The battery pack contains a microcircuit that cuts off power when the charge is low, preventing the batteries from being completely discharged. Check that the batteries are making good contact, as disconnecting one triggers the protection and requires reactivation. Therefore, it's quite possible that hitting a bump could cause poor battery contact.

Hi guys, after few months without any problems i have one with Er9 v1;/ Last ride was in wet condition, after ride cleaning etc, RD and FD was warking fine, next day also but yesterday totally dead ;/ Battery ok, FD ok, shifter ok, cables ok (i have tested with second ER9), only RD is dead, no reaction when plug charger etc (before led was blinking). Probably water do some mes ;/ This is v1 so in this case have someone info maybe what happend with maainboard or where water could get into RD to protect it in the future. I have the RD wire contact protected

Also will v3 RD work with shifters and FD from v1?
Look for my earlier messages in this thread, I wrote everything down in great detail

I'm sure my derailleur is now removed and located separately from the bike.
I'll answer this myself:
After rebuilding the FD, I misaligned one gear by one tooth. Now I've re-aligned it and it seems to be fine.
I noticed it a year later because I installed a power meter, and it has a different offset. With a regular spider, those limits were sufficient, and I wasn't aware of the problem. :)

the lowest mine goes is 2. didn't test the outer most position but it was more than enough. Are you sure the cage is not blocked by the chainrings?

Dear friends, please help me with my front derailleur setup. Either the limits aren't working properly, or I assembled the FD incorrectly. Limits don't go below 13 and don't go above 69, so I can't set my FD perfectly. I can change these values, but the shifter cage itself stays put. I don't understand this, because there's still some space in the cage, it doesn't touch anything, the motor just jerks and stays put. Also, if I set it to the maximum (69 limit), trimming up doesn't work (as if something is limiting it). Has anyone else encountered this, or do your FD limiters from 0 to 100 work fine?

Ok, thanks for this information.

I have V2. I already tried to open it using a knife, without success. Maybe I will heat the case and try it again.
I don't see a charging port on your rear derailleur, as far as I know it's a v3

For my front derailleur, I used metal spatulas, heat and alcohol, and gradually I was able to separate it, don't be afraid to use force.

If only it were that easy  ::)

I think mine is different to yours.
On the marking at the photo there were no screws. Probably they used glue instead of screws.

I will put some sealing on the outside to ceap the water away.

Thanks
Water leaks in through the motor shaft and the rubber seals, not through the housing. What version of the derailleur do you have?
I actually took my front derailleur apart and it was glued together. If you're careful, it's not a problem and everything comes apart.

I see that in the v3, well then yes, the weakest point was the charging port, it was removed, but if you are going to really flood your switch, then I recommend disassembling it and applying varnish to the board.

Have you used it? I just got my wheel and it doesn't work, the chain comes off on 1st and 12th gears....Shifter ltwoo erx
I contacted the supplier, and their technician said the pulley doesn't support 12 speeds and suggested a return. A 12-speed pulley is in development and will be available for purchase soon.
upd.
The seller also removed 12-speed support from the product.

I checked your photos a lot, thanks for it.
Did you cut of something at the marked area?

Sorry for being so annoying about this topic, I don't want to ruin it.
Send your photo from the other side, what you photographed is not what is shown in the first photo, just turn it over and send the photo.

Yes. The pulley wheel needs to be set at the right distance on the cage. I'd go small/big or big/big and adjust the pulley wheel until it doesn't derail when spinning the crankset. Once set properly it should spin smoothly.
I've already tried different pulley positions, but nothing changes. I think it's a mistake that it's not narrow-wide; then it would work correctly. But I still don't understand how everyone installs it and gets it to work correctly.
My transmission worked perfectly throughout the entire range before.

I'm not a big fan of OSPWs, but this 18t offset pulley wheel actually works. It allows bigger cassette sizes while maintaining solid RD shifting:

On my eR9 groupset, I'm running a 2x 50-34t chainring + 10-36t XDR 12 speed with this setup and no additional modifications were needed except for swapping out the lower jockey wheel. Prices fluctuate, so I'd shop around or wait for a sale.

Maybe I will try a varnish, too.
I did this already, no metal and screw on it.
Did you use a tool to open it?
It needs to be freed from everything, and it will open easily, at least my B2 was simply snapped with an elastic band, look at my photo about 15 pages ago.

How did you open the case of the electronic? I don't want to destroy it.
I want to protect the electronic with this.

You can spray it directly on the electronic and protect it from water.
You need to completely free the plastic case from any metal components around it, then unscrew all the screws and the case opens. I applied a special PCB varnish to protect the components and the board from water.
