Hey I was looking at the website and somehow I see no modern options for road rims and wheelsets, like external rim width of 31mm or more and internal rim width starting at 23mm, depth at 50mm. Do you currently have nothing available or am I completely missing these products? Also, the RD28 Hub is not listed under "Hubs". did you stop producing and using these hubs?

I see. somewhat what I expected, because why would you completely separate your products from production or management.

well I looked a lot at their ali stuff. The Marvel II would be similar price.

Edge 3.0 doesn't have ceramic bearings a bit worse spokes and like mentioned uses a 1:1 spoke pattern which worries me about stiffness. Also I don't see any info which carbon it is made of. the weight is low, thats the good thing.

The aero+ wheel does have 2:1 lacing and ceramic bearings but weighs even more than the Marvel in 53mm.

what also confuses me is why there is a UCI certification picture on aliexpress if those arent in the list of approved wheels.

well the Marvel has discount codes too which brings the price closer to the Edge. afaik elitewheels website and ali are different products, managed by different teams and what you can buy on their website is of higher quality.

if you simple compare the specs then yes the Edge is lighter by a good amount but that doesnt mean it performs better. stiffness as an example, the Edge only uses a 1:1 spoke pattern. ratchet or pawl doesn't matter to me, the engagement angle is good enough. would love to see an actual review comparison between the Marvel and their ali products.

feels like 90% of all the Elitewheels discussions from their website products focus on the Drive II.

what about their cheaper Marvel II wheels?

did anyone ride them and could share their experience?

specs are here:
