After seeing this, I decided to start my order process for the same color

I requested a quote Jan 02, 2026.
After the back and forth on color, groupset and adjustment on prices---sent a payment on Jan 06, 2025.
They sent me a mockup of the design Jan 07, 2026.
Jan 15 when they reached out and said they shipped the bike (attached picture of the order)
It was midnight and I was not able to review it until Jan 16 midday (Friday US PST)
The groupset was incorrect--and since it's Friday here (Sat night in CN), I didn't get a response until the next business day.
ICAN cancels the shipping and pulls the order back.
Feb 01 when they replied that they got the shipment back in their warehouse and fixing the mistake.
Per their last email, they'll ship it out this week
can't wait!

btw, what BB did you guys use for the build?
Any recommendation? am using a LTWOO erx9 groupset and planning to use my HUNT wheelset with SRAM cassette.
