I had Falath Evo, geometry was quite strange in size 59, I rode on it around 1 year, but the white color was a bit of a mess, so I sold it. I had to clean it after every ride  I tested it on Gran Canaria, long ascents and descents, all great.

So you do recommend the Falath Evo? I am going for the Evo+ that is the updated version because I love the Cervélo s5 and that is a very appealing frame and wanted to hear if the colour was the only "problem"

Hello again guys, I am building my bike sjnce the last time I wrote here I researched a lot and changed a lot of things and I am strongly considering being my final build, please take a look and let me know
For the frame I have chosen the Elves Falath Evo+, I took advantage of the bundle that they had and will buy the saddle of 145mm and the handlebar for around 1122€.
For the wheels I chose the Xm Carbon Speed T1100, 26 mm internal with the front wheel being 50mm and the rear 65mm for 783€ with the Big Bore Lite Tubeless Valves for around 45€.
For the groupset I will go for the Shimano 105 DI2 for 840+/- thanks to the Elves promotion of buying a groupset with the frame.
For the tires I opt to go tubeless with the GP5000S TR 30" and use the sealent from muc off
For handlebar tape I chose the Supacaz Super Sticky Kush Star Fade Bar Tape to match the design of the frame
For acessories I will buy for now a Jagwire so the cables dont make a lot of noise, the Shimano brake fluid(ofc)
This build will cost me around 3100€, which I think is a pretty solid number for the type of bike.

Would like something that would have the options of buying saddle and handlebar with it, and would be a frameset

I was considering the LightCarbon LCR017‑D and Elves Falath EVO+, but after reading some feedback about stiffness/QC at this price point, I’m not fully convinced Elves is worth €1200.

I’m specifically looking for a frame with larger tube profiles (aero or semi‑aero), prioritising stiffness and responsiveness over comfort.

Would be using it with Disc brake and 30 mm tyres
Anyhting else?

Maybe some thoughts about the front derailleur.

I have di2 2x11 Ultegra,  Di2 2x12 Ultegra and Di2 2x12 105

The 105 front derailleur is basically the derailleur from the 2x11. It works the same way, it is set up the same way. It is slightly slower than the 2x12 Ultegra derailleur, that's absolutely correct.

Unless you don't have both you won't even mention.
And another thought: there are some reports about very early mechanic failures (around 2 years of use)in the 2x12 Ultegra / DuraAce derailleur. 
The 2x11 seems to be more robust. The downsizing probably comes with a prize
From my side, the  Di2 105 is the best value for money if you want to use Shimano electronic shift.  If you can live without the extra buttons and the missing option of tria shifters.... there's nothing missing in the package. Functionality is amazing good.

I think i will go for 105 then, i am not looking for the best, I just want to know where in the 105 the upgrade does really a difference you know?

I now have three bikes with Shimano 12 speed, one each with full 105, Ultegra and Dura Ace, so feel well qualified to anwer this!

Functionally 105 is absolutely fine, there is very little difference between it and the others there are just these things that IMO is well worth going higher up the range:
- The shifters don't have the bonus buttons at the top, which once you have and have set up to control your computer, you will miss massively. You can set up Front Shift Next and get a free button back on 105 to control using tap, double tap, long press - but its nowhere near as good
- The rear mech on 105 has bushings in the jockey wheels. Which feels ludicrously cheap in a groupset that costs about £900 / 1000 dollars / euros. Very quick and cheap fix in paying for Ultegra jockey wheels, but you shouldn't need to do that

Then...
- As mentioned, the front mech for 105 is a big bulbous thing, whereas the Ultegra and Dura Ace look much smaller and neater, if that bothers you. They also work faster, but you won't notice that unless bench testing and specifically looking for it
- 105 cassettes are absolutely fine and work just as well as all the others, as long as you don't want 11-30. And if you wanted 11-36, you need 105. And all work with all, whatever Shimano says

And IMO these things Shimano have fallen behind aftermarket parts here:
- Cranksets. Shimano chainrings are lovely things and the front shifting is super slick, but it should not be possible to save c200g off a top of the range Dura Ace crankset with an aftermarket unit. I changed my Ultegra for a Leese when I moved to 165 cranks, keeping the original rings, which is a good compromise
- Rotors. I know some people swear by Ice Tech but I can't get on with anything above 105 level, the CL800/900s just seem to go out of true far too quickly for my liking

So if it were me... I would buy a 105 groupset, change the shifters for Ultegra, swap the jockey rings out of the 105 mech for Ultegra. And if at some point you want to save weight you can buy a carbon crankset and monoblock Spedao / Goldix cassette, and you'll end up with something lighter than Ultegra anyway.

Keeping the budget basically the same I'd drop the cranks down to 105 and upgrade the FD to Ultegra, price should be similar and the Ultegra FD is both smaller, lighter and slightly faster, the 105 cranks are only like 40g heavier so not worth doubling the price for Ultegra imo. the CL900 rotors are also needlessly more expensive than CL800 which are basically the same just different color.

This is of course all pointless debate if you can just get full Ultegra from cyclegears for the same price as your custom

Of course but I think i will stick to mine, I havent seen many reviews on the site so I would rather play it safe i guess.
