Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: Help my decide between theese frames!
« on: March 19, 2026, 03:26:13 PM »They all seem to come out the same factory as the Tavelo and Adapt so very similar design wise, also if you look for "state bicycle phil gaimon" you will see that State American brand is using the SC-R55D and Phil Gaimon praised the frame (not that it says a lot), but with luck we might be able to see the frame get into the wind tunnel.
There you have the price:
SC-R55D frame + fork + seatpost: US$660/set
SC-RH02 handlebar + stem: US$150/pcs
Thru axles: US$20/set (front and rear)
NO.55R headset: US$30/set
Shipping cost: US$140 (duty-free)
PayPal fee: US$48
The total is US$1048.
Btw I also was contemplating the frames you mentioned, but settled on the SC-R55D since it had the designed I liked the most, the weight and the build quality all seemed to be on the higher end.
Regarding the paint I do believe they do custom paints but you need to ask.
Not too bad, ill check that frame out then, thanks for the reply.
On a side note, i checked Winspace's website, and they currently have the Agile+handlebars for 1200$, provided you use a discount code (Ive used Patrick Linos here). Its a very compelling option, and i might just go for it.
