Update on lead times for those interested. I paid on June 17th and was told 25-35 days for size 52 frame in raw carbon glossy + 400x100 bars + C53DB wheels.

Update yesterday (35 days post order) was that frame is 10 days away, fork 15 days and handlebar 30 days. Based on other's experiences in this thread I was expecting closer to 60 days in total so not exactly a surprise, but bizarre that their estimates are so consistently wrong.

Another 10-15 days for the bars...

I've been looking at the ZRACE UNCHAINED PRO Power Meter Crankset which Trace Velo featured recently - seems unbeatable on the price, but currently all out of stock on aliexpress

Will you be running tubeless, TPU, or butyl tubes? It also depends on which tire you're using and how snugly it fits the rim.

Plan is TPU and conti GP 5000s.

Thanks for detailing your experience with those tires and 26mm rims - might give that a miss! Leaning towards the  C53DB or C52DB with the 23mm iw rims as that seems to be more appropriate for my plan of 32mm tires with maybe a 35mm experiment down the line.

Why should it be unsafe? You lose some minor, minor aero gains but that’s it. The bigger the the tire to rim ratio, the mushroomier it looks. Safety wise you could go much narrower.

Yep I mean is 26mm too wide to run a 32mm tire. LC list 35mm as the minimum tire size on the 26mm iw rims.

what about LC own wheels?  I paid $489 for their G52DB gravel wheel set with C-XRay spokes and a MS hub. 26 mm internal when I bought the frame.

Is 26mm iw safe with 32mm tires?

It does seem like a bit of an odd gap in the LC wheel lineup that their rims go from 23mm iw and then jump to 26mm.

hi all - I'm looking at doing my first build from parts using this frame, but I'm a bit lost on wheelsets.

I want to be able to run 32-35mm tires which I believe means I want 24 or 25mm internal width. Also ideally under 750 AUD (~540 USD) if possible.

I think the best option I've found is these from Serenade coming in at 1350g and 740 AUD with the Sapim cx-ray spokes.

But are there some other options I should consider?
