Yes, I've tried that. When I remove the bottle it does make less noise, but it doesn't completely stop.
However, simply removing the bottle isn't a real solution for me, because there are times when I need to carry two large bottles on my rides. So, leaving that spot empty just isn't a valid option in my case.

I'm having an issue with my tool compartment making a lot of rattling noise when I'm on the move. For context, I have about 1,000 km on it so far, and I usually carry a 1L bottle on top of the compartment.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did you do anything to fix the noise?

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure if it's possible. If it does fit, the clearance would be right on the absolute limit, maybe too tight to be safe.
To give you guys some context, mounted on my 32mm internal width rims:
The front tire (Maxxis Rekon Race 2.35") actually measures 62.6 mm.
The rear tire (Maxxis Ikon 2.20") actually measures 58.3 mm.
As you can see in the pictures, the 2.20" already leaves a somewhat tight gap at the chainstays. Putting a 2.35" there would add over 2mm to each side, leaving almost no room for mud or wheel flex under load.

Hi everyone, after gathering all the parts, my Spcycle G028 build is finally assembled! I wanted to build a fast but capable gravel/monster cross bike, and I am absolutely thrilled with how aggressive it looks.
The only detail left is the chainring. I need to change it to a 0mm offset one because right now I am running 3mm of spacers on the crank spindle to make it fit, and I want to remove them. Other than that, she is ready to roll!

I reached out to spcycle to get the official torque specifications for the frame/components, so I'm sharing them here in case it helps anyone with their build or maintenance:

Seatpost Clamp: 6 N·m
Compression Plug (Expander): 12 – 15 N·m
T47 Bottom Bracket: 25 – 40 N·m

My Spcycle G028 is painted and ready to ship. I asked the seller for pictures of the head tube area and noticed the transition to raw carbon on the fork looks a bit rough around the routing hole.
I know some roughness is normal with these cheap carbon frames, and honestly, it looks much better than other horror stories I've seen here on the forum. Still, I wanted to get your eyes on it before giving the green light.

1. Which stem with internal cable routing are you using?
2. How are you routing the cables, and what headset bearings are you using for this setup?
3. Have you experienced any significant issues with the stock bearings that come with the frame?
