Another picture of the box and the BTA

By any chance, would you be open to sharing the file for that BTA and the aerocovers for the riser posts?

Thanks!

Did someone has issues with the headset? Stability

I do have some fork/headset play. I think is related to the crown race not going all the way down due excess of resin, I may sand it but haven’t had a chance to try.

I’m open to feedback from anyone with similar issues.

Thanks!

It turned out to be a beautiful bike.
I did notice that you used my build as inspiration 😉
How do you find the reach from your handlebars to your brake levers? I actually shortened mine by 3cm, and it’s much better.
I see you also used the base plate from the VB handlebar to mount your 15-degree Aerocoach extensions. Just out of curiosity, why did you set it up that way?
Otherwise, a stunning build!
PS: I love your OSPW system—where did you get it? 🤗

Thanks! I’ve only rode 3 times so far, hasn’t bother me so far.
I initially set the 15degree adapter directly on top of the spacers, but is too narrow for me (for now) I’m still working on the extensions fit and thinkering on the BTA BTS hydration.
The OSPW is from AliExpress/Kogel, I got the AliExpress and intended to ride until the very first ride, it was really noisey. I found this https://www.kogel.cc/blogs/kbba/what-you-wont-get-from-a-counterfeit-kolossos-cage?srsltid=AfmBOoomTYKmCK3FOWKVbjVKzg9L0ipiYgc-SVQzj5F3VlS0PFfAf7r1 blog post from Kogel itself and figured out that the OG replacement pulley wheels from Kogel would fit the AliExpress cage. I got them replaced and no more noise.

Nice build! Where are located? Any chance USA and you could share info on tariffs/duties?
Thanks! Yes I’m in Texas, I did paid $52 bucks on tariffs/taxes, VeloBuild was upfront about it when I reached to them thru AliExpress. Once I placed the order, I contacted Chris and had multiple back and forth emails about the paint scheme. Here’s how much I paid for the frame:

Bike frame:$1,169.00
Extra RD hanger: $10.00
Subtotal:$1,179.00
(-) Coupon Savings:$100.00
Shipping:$126.00
Handling Fee:$47.00
Grand Total:$1,252.00
Tariffs: $52

Here’s a photo of the build as of today
I got the wrong bb originally, got the right one a SRAM T47 Inboard, also the ZRACE rotors where sketchy, so I got SRAM Paceline. I also got the LEAP components sram aero handle.
Thinkering on the hydration system since I’m using this bike for Ironman training/racing.

Where did you find the rear disc for 475 USD? That's very, very cheap and I can't find it on the website for less than 780.
My bad, it’s from Superteam wheels, link
