Just got a Ryet P01 155mm delivered this week and done a 3-hour ride on it today. Coming from a Specialized Power Evo comp 155mm, the saddle shape seemed good but I get recurring saddle sores in delicate areas with it - I think there might be too much padding and it's causing chaffing.
I'm 81kg so fairly heavy for these Chinese saddles, however after today's ride I am pretty optimistic about this Power Evo-inspired model from Ryet. Felt pretty good overall.
The only issue, which I think someone else might've mentioned - it doesn't have as much front/rear range as the Specialized model. I've basically maxed out forward and it could probably still go a little further forward, but I think it will do. Will update if I come across any issues down the line.

I had a 6€ item shipped from china that I removed because it wasn't worth it anymore with the tax. Everything shipped from europe was all good though, i only got the tax on chainrings

Decided to pick one of these up in the most recent AliExpress sale - after cashback should come out to under USD120 delivered - crazy money. Plus another 30 or so for a pass quest chainring. I must say the presentation in the box is good, very well packaged. Looking forward to doing some comparisons vs Assioma duoshi, once I get the bike built up

The prescription is spot on and there is no distortion. The polarized lens are night and day difference and I'll never go back to non polarized. I liked them so much I purchased another pair.Whoa, this is awesome, thanks for posting! I'm very tempted to try a pair. A photochromic set would be cool as it would allow for both day and night rides without the faff of contact lenses (though I will still wear them for most rides, having to put them on if I want to go for a spin for an hour is really annoying - and I hate riding in normal glasses)

Truthfully I don't have choice on the XMCS VRT because my saddle's rails are at their limits, and still have about a 15mm setback delta from my usual bike fit. This setup is probably "okay" for a 30 minute crit. But I wouldn't wanna do this for a 5 hour ride. This isn't intended to scare anyone away. I am well aware to be in the small minority. Peter will be releasing a 15mm setback post sometime this Summer. So in terms of bike fit I found the Scott Foil and Quick Pro easier to set up.Really interesting!
Slighlty OT, but I will say that all trends aren't for all people and it's really dependent on your body shape/proportions. I've recently gone from a BMC with a 74deg seat tube (15mm offset sp) to a Supersix Evo with 72.3deg (20mm offset sp), with a significant increase in comfort.
Was I able to push more absolute watts on the BMC? Possibly for intervals <20min. As you say, anything more and fatigue sets in.
Best solution? Try a saddle that doesn't taper a lot toward the front i.e. Specialized Power Evo so you can be supported when putting in really hard efforts if required.
Hopefully the 15mm seatpost rectifies the fit issue for you.

Details like locking nipples are probably something to also spend a little on to avoid photos of your products with loose spokes on the internet.
I agree with this. I'm considering carbon spokes for the first time...rightly or wrongly, I've decided that self-locking nipples are a must have for me to buy a set.

La topgun es igual de rigida que cualquier otra rueda con radios de acero, la cyclone en cambio si que es mucho mas rigida como cualquier rueda con radios de carbono. Is it 30mm external all the way, or does it have some curve to it and increase a bit along the sidewall of the rim?

Fyi proprietary hubs, says the seller on Ali (for whatever its worth). Can't upgrade the spokes on the Top gun wheelset either, unfortunately.
I'm still tempted by the unbelievable price, but I just can't convince myself to buy them, knowing I'll probably just end up finding problems. There are some reports of excess flex on the rear I found on social media.

Agree, 24/30 is a good width and probably the minimum these days. That's what's on my road bike currently, but I'm thinking of moving them over to my new gravel build and getting a new road set.
At this price it's hard to say no. You wonder how they can do it for so cheap?
My theory is maybe the the bigger players are selling off cheap rims in bulk to finance development of more trendy, wider wheels...? Hard to believe, given the volume Kore have sold, these are simply QC rejects or "fallen off the back of a truck"

Only real compromise is potentially the Pillar spokes, as they're just standard round spokes not aero-bladed or anything fancy.
Something to think about over the next few days of the AliExpress sales anyway...

Wow. I won't be ashamed to admit that at this price, I am tempted over a set of 55-60mm from the likes of XMCS/Serenade/Zen. Very much put off CSC by the poor reviews.
I am more and more tempted to try carbon spoked wheels...wonder if I can convince myself that these are "safe" (maybe better to say "good") enough!
