I was hesitant about the head tube angle as well but it did check most of my other boxes so I went for it. I didn’t want something too slacked out and I liked its moderate chainstay and wheelbase, and I have been riding a 72 degree head angle on my last bike. I honestly do not notice the 1 degree difference on this one at all. Looking at the geo on paper I was worried about that and the lack of bb drop, but I have around 500 mi on it and really like how it goes so far. I’m on US Midwest rural roads, paved/gravel mix. It is fine on tarmac but it is a blast on gravel

I received my frame a couple of weeks ago and finally got it built enough to get a decent ride in. Here’s the report:
Purchased through AliEx and the process of color and decal selection was easy enough. It arrived in less than the estimated time and was well packed and included everything that the listing said it would. I used all new components in the build and it went together without issue. I have no complaints about the quality of the product. Seems like a great value at the price point to me. My one issue is that the color in real life isn’t exactly what I expected based on the design images, but it’s really close, and just seems like the difference between looking at it in concept on a screen and reality. The paint quality seems great.

I was going for a more endurance all road bike than gravel race machine with this one and it seems to be well suited for that. Definitely a shorter reach than the popular carbon gravel frames that are dominating the discussion here, like the gv201. I’ve only ridden 30 miles of road so far, but it is a smooth compliant ride, esp for its weight. The frame weight was as advertised, but I have not weighed the complete bike yet. I’ll be making some position tweaks as I go, but it built fine and does seem like it’s going to be a nice ride, and the purchase and design process went fine as well.

As for the chain line, chainring clearance, etc, I used a sram bb, sram dub road wide crank, the spacers exactly as spec’d by sram for the setup, and a 42t chainring, force xplr 13 sp groupset. It shifts perfectly through the entire range of gears. There is not a ton of clearance at the chainstay/chainring. It is supposed to fit a 48 tooth, but I think that would sure be tight. That’s just a totally untested and unmeasured observation though.
